The Next Adventure Time Character MultiVersus Needs is Clear

In the game MultiVersus, Adventure Time has become a beloved addition. Since its introduction, numerous characters from the Adventure Time series have joined the game, however, it appears that one significant character has yet to appear in the Land of Ooo.

It appears that with numerous key characters already present in MultiVersus and more to come, it’s rather improbable for another Adventure Time character, like Marceline, to be added in December 2024. However, the omission of a specific character from Adventure Time feels strange given the rich content of this franchise within MultiVersus.

Adventure Time has a Grip on MultiVersus

In the popular game known as MultiVersus, Adventure Time stands out with a significant presence. Both on and off the game’s character list, Adventure Time characters are abundant. As previously discussed, Marceline the Vampire Queen was the latest groundbreaking inclusion to the game’s character roster, while other characters from Adventure Time have been part of MultiVersus since its inception.

In the early stages of the game MultiVersus, it was confirmed that Jake the Dog and Finn the Human from Adventure Time were included in the initial cast of characters, and they were even accessible during the game’s initial testing phases.

Warner Bros. and Player First Games opted for an unconventional move by incorporating Banana Guard as a main fighter in the game MultiVersus. In the world of Adventure Time, Banana Guards are a particular type of Candy People tasked with protecting Princess Bubblegum. However, they’re often inept at their roles, leading to Princess Bubblegum typically relying on Finn and Jake for missions instead.

Characters who significantly advance the storyline in the show “Adventure Time” such as Lady Rainicorn, BMO, and others, have been designated as Non-Player Characters (NPCs) in the game MultiVersus. Nevertheless, these characters still have their own Announcer Packs, and if you purchase from Choose Goose, Finn can use BMO as a playable character with distinct moves. Interestingly, “Adventure Time” boasts two maps within the game – Candy Kingdom and Tree Fort – each having two and three variations respectively.

It’s quite unexpected that one of Finn and Jake’s core team members hasn’t been included in the game, MultiVersus , given its tendency to draw from less popular aspects of Adventure Time. Now that Marceline is part of the game, it seems logical for her romantic partner and favorite royal, Princess Bubblegum, to follow suit and become a character in MultiVersus.

Princess Bubblegum Should Reunite with Her Friends in MultiVersus

As a huge fan, I can’t help but envision Princess Bubblegum as a perfect addition to the cast of MultiVersus. Her character profile from Adventure Time is rich with potential for unique fighting moves. She’s not just a princess; she’s a brilliant scientist, albeit one whose experiments occasionally lead to unforeseen consequences.

On the other hand, Rick, while equally intelligent, seems to lean more towards technology-based attacks in MultiVersus, showcasing gadgets and inventions from his own universe, Rick and Morty.

If MultiVersus decided to emphasize the scientific aspect of Bubblegum’s character, it could create a distinct skill set for her while underscoring our shared passion for discovery. This approach would not only make the game more interesting but also pay homage to their unique roles as scientists in their respective worlds.

Certainly, Princess Bubblegum might benefit from learning additional conventional combat techniques beyond merely using chemical explosions, should she aim to emerge victorious in a fight. Notably, she possesses the ability to expel sweets, such as candy, and even root beer, directly from her hands.

In the world of MultiVersus, Peppermint Butler, one of Princess Bubblegum’s faithful subjects with a mysterious fascination for dark magic, has been subtly introduced into one of the Candy Kingdom maps. Although it might take some time, there’s a possibility that he could become part of Princess Bubblegum’s gameplay in the future. While we may not see Princess Bubblegum in MultiVersus just yet, rest assured she will join the fun when she’s ready.
