The Ranking Of All The Demons In Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Arc

The Infinity Castle storyline marks the concluding chapter in the Demon Slayer saga, featuring a thrilling three-part sequence where righteousness confronts wickedness in its ultimate battle. The Infinity Castle serves as Muzan’s fortress and a sanctuary for his demonic forces to hatch their nefarious plots against humankind.

In the show, a fierce battle between the demon slayers and demons takes place within the Infinity Castle. This part of the story will vividly demonstrate the immense powers of Muzan Kibutsuji and why the minions that the demon slayers fight against are considered elite.

As a dedicated gamer, I’m eagerly anticipating the arrival of formidable demon slayers in the upcoming arc. These warriors will relentlessly challenge the demons to their utmost capabilities, with humanity’s safety hanging in the balance. Here’s my rundown of all the demons that will be making an appearance within the Infinity Castle:

Ranking of Demons in the Infinity Castle:

1. The Demon Lord, the most powerful adversary, who rules over all others with an iron fist and a heart as cold as ice.
2. The Shadow Fiend, a cunning demon that can manipulate darkness and shadows to evade its enemies.
3. The Fire Wyrm, a fearsome beast of flame and destruction, capable of incinerating entire areas with a single breath.
4. The Frost Giant, an icy titan that commands the coldest winds and most brutal blizzards, freezing all in its path.
5. The Swarm Master, controlling legions of lesser demons, it can unleash swarms of insects or beasts to overwhelm foes with sheer numbers.
6. The Mind Bender, a twisted demon that manipulates thoughts and emotions, causing confusion and madness among its victims.
7. The Poisonous Serpent, a venomous snake-like demon that can release potent toxins to disable or kill those who cross its path.
8. The Ghostly Apparition, a spectral demon that haunts the battlefield, causing fear and panic with its eerie presence.
9. The Shadow Walker, a demon able to traverse the shadows, appearing and disappearing at will, making it difficult for opponents to track or attack.
10. The Lesser Demons, these minions of evil serve their masters faithfully, attacking in groups and using their unique abilities to overwhelm their enemies.

8.
Tamayo

The Healer

Previously afflicted by a deadly illness, Tamayo agreed to become a demon when Muzan offered her an extended life so she could spend more time with her children. Tragically, she then turned against her own family and attacked them.

As a result, the remorse of slaying her family persistently haunted her, leading her to relentlessly pursue a means to balance the scales against Muzan. Driven by determination, she dedicated her life to discovering a remedy for Muzan’s affliction.

Tamayo possesses extensive understanding of science and demonic anatomy, and her Blood Demon Art enables her to exert control and manipulate her targets using her own blood. Significantly contributing to the efforts, she maintained Muzan while other Demon Slayers engaged high-ranking demons within the Infinity Castle during combat.

7.
Kaigaku (Upper Rank 6)

The Corrupted Disciple

Prior to transforming into a demon, Kaigaku had been a pupil of the Thunder Hashira, Jigoro Kuwajima, and a fellow associate of Zenitsu. What set him apart was his unyielding thirst for power above all else, and a lack of humility.

Ultimately, he opted for power over ethics, eventually betraying his mentor. Kaigaku’s blood demon art bears a striking similarity to Zenitsu’s lightning style, but it seems more sinister in nature.

As a fervent admirer, I eagerly anticipate the battle between Zenitsu and me within Infinity Castle. This duel could be likened to a collision of thoughts and beliefs. For Zenitsu, this confrontation serves as an opportunity for vengeance on behalf of his master. And for Kaigaku, it’s a moment to demonstrate that embracing the demonic power is indeed the correct choice.

6.
Nakime (Upper Rank 4)

The Biwa Player

Nakime is the mastermind responsible for the architectural design of Infinity Castle. By skillfully manipulating each string on her biwa, she alters the castle’s structure, ensuring that no one can successfully infiltrate, depart from, or navigate within it.

Her talents prove particularly useful, especially when intruders invade the castle. Nakime has the power to dispatch Kokushibo or any demon of her choice against the infiltrators, and furthermore, can perplex them.

Instead of “Nakime will fight against the serpent hashira, Obanai, and Mitsuri, the love hashira,” you could say “Obanai, the serpent hashira, and Mitsuri, the love hashira, will face off against Nakime.” The ensuing battle is expected to be particularly arduous since Nakime possesses the ability to control all space within the Infinity Castle, effectively making it her battleground.

5.
Tanjiro Kamado

Muzan’s Final Curse

It could be intriguing to ponder over how the main character compiled a roster of demons within the Infinity Castle. Following the skirmishes within the fortress, Muzan emerged as the sole surviving demon.

The last demon slayers who are still alive intend to keep him imprisoned until sunrise, at which point, when Muzan recognizes that time is running out, he takes a desperate action. In an unexpected turn of events, Muzan manages to transfer his spirit and essence into Tanjiro, a transformation that ironically transforms Tanjiro into the enemy he had spent his entire life fighting against.

Following this course, Tanjiro will face an inner struggle against Muzan’s influence within him. This internal conflict may also prompt the remaining Demon Slayers to contemplate whether they should eliminate Tanjiro in order to break Muzan’s curse for good.

4.
Akaza (Upper Rank 3)

Strength Above All

Since the demise of Rengoku, the Flame Hashira, I’ve been eagerly anticipating the moment when Akaza meets his end. The Infinity Castle will illuminate aspects of Akaza’s past, and despite my initial reluctance to empathize with him due to what I’ve read in the manga about his hardships, I find myself understanding him better.

Akaza was simply a man who struggled to protect those dear to him but ultimately fell short and could not bear the anguish. Despite his sorrowful history, he must still face the consequences for Rengoku’s death. Determined to honor their fallen comrade, Tanjiro and Giyu are ready to take whatever actions are required to avenge the Demon Slayer corps member.

Akaza combines his martial arts with his blood demon techniques (devastating shockwaves), making him a formidable adversary for any demon slayer. He strongly believes that the strong should survive while the weak should endure hardship, a principle he instills in every battle he fights.

3.
Doma (Upper Rank 2)

The Leader Of The Cult Of Death

Among the characters, Doma is one who doesn’t evoke my compassion, and honestly, I’m eager for his inevitable departure. Contrastingly, in this series, there have been instances where I’ve felt sorrow or understanding towards demons like Gyutaro and Akaza, due to their troubled histories.

As a youngster, Doma was unable to experience emotions. His parents’ demise didn’t elicit any grief from him, and he showed no compassion for human existence. He established the Eternal Paradise Faith, a cult, where he granted salvation to his followers by sacrificing and consuming their bodies.

Doma’s unique skill in blood demon art is the power of cryokinesis, enabling him to freeze both his flesh and blood into ice and scatter it around him. This ability will be showcased at its full potential in the Infinity Castle, where he faces off against Shinobu Kocho, who seeks revenge for her deceased sister, as well as Kanao and Inosuke, two other demon slayers.

2.
Kokushibo (Upper Moon One)

The Man Who Chose Immortality

Following Muzan, there’s the Upper Moon One, who is the sibling of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the most formidable Demon Slayer ever known. Previously a Demon Slayer himself, he opted to transform into a demon due to his intense fear of death, seeking an escape from the ultimate fate shared by all mortals.

In the heat of battle, I, as a demon, honed my swordsmanship with my own dark art, infusing my Moon Breathing technique with deadly potency. In the upcoming Infinity Castle arc, I’ll lock swords with Gyomei, Sanemi, Tokito, and Genya – a formidable quartet that will test the limits of my power.

I’m particularly excited for this encounter since it features three formidable Hashiras. Essentially, this three-on-one duel serves as a display of the prodigious strength held by Muzan’s right-hand man.

1.
Muzan

The Demon King

In the concluding episode of the Hashira Training Arc, all the Demon Slayers gathered with a vengeful purpose: to avenge their master, Kagaya Ubuyashiki, and finally eliminate Muzan, the demon king. Given that Muzan possesses seven hearts and five brains, it leaves us pondering how these Demon Slayers will manage to bring him down.

Muzan embodies the quintessential final adversary, and his choice to eliminate all Demon Slayers within the Infinity Castle promises some of the most thrilling battles in the series. As the dominant figure throughout the story, it’s up to the remaining Demon Slayers to summon their last reserves of determination, power, and daylight to bring an end to his tyranny.
