Spoilers ahead for Andor Season 1 & Season 2!
17. Cassian Andor
A Rebel Captain Who Died in the Battle of Scarif
- Played by: Diego Luna
Over a long period, Cassian Andor found himself closely working alongside Luthen. Eventually, he chose to align himself with the Rebellion, rising through the ranks to become captain. Known for his unorthodox behavior, Cassian frequently disregarded orders when he felt they were wrong. Following the series ‘Andor’, Cassian made his final act of defiance by disobeying orders and journeying to Scarif. There, in concert with Jyn Erso, he managed to swipe the Death Star blueprints and transmit them to the Rebel Alliance before the Death Star obliterated the planet. In his final moments, Cassian was likely reflecting on his lost love, Bix Caleen, as he was with Jyn Erso.
16. Bix Caleen
Survived the Empire And Raised Cassian Andor’s Child

- Played by: Adria Arjona
In the midst of their love for each other, Bix Calleen and Cassian couldn’t unite until the Empire crumbled, a reality that Bix accepted for the sake of the Rebel Alliance. Since Cassian played a pivotal role in the rebellion, leaving it to be with her was out of the question. Under cover of night, Bix departed Yavin-4, abandoning Cassian to fulfill his duties as a rebel. Following the series’ conclusion, Bix is depicted on Mina-Rau’s tranquil plains, in the company of B2EMO, gazing at the sunset with their shared offspring – a child conceived with Cassian.
15. Luthen Rael
The Original Rebel Takes His Own Life to Avoid Capture

- Played by: Stellan Skarsgard
Luthen Rael is the driving force behind the ongoing Rebellion. If not for Luthen, the Rebel Alliance may not have developed into such a well-structured entity, with his covert operatives rising to form something larger than he could ever imagine. As the noose tightens around him in Coruscant, Luthen chooses self-sacrifice, ensuring that his secrets are buried with him. This leaves the Rebellion thriving on Yavin-4, untouched by Imperial captors who might have extracted information under torture. Luthen’s demise serves as a testament to his unwavering dedication to the Rebellion and his willingness to give up everything for its success, rather than see it fall into the Emperor’s hands.
14. Kleya Marki
Luthen’s Most Integral and Loyal Soldier in the Rebellion Lives on Yavin-4

- Played by: Elizabeth Dulau
Growing up under Luthen’s care, Kleya learned all about resistance and defiance against tyranny. She worked closely with Luthen, serving as his concierge during the day and playing a vital role in his covert operations at night, contributing to the Rebellion from Coruscant and relaying information until their efforts crumbled. In an effort to safeguard Luthen’s secrets following his suicide attempt, Kleya secretly entered the hospital where he was being held and completed the task. Eventually, Cassian Andor helped her escape off-world to Yavin-4. Alone and bereft of her mentor, Kleya may have ventured into the woods of Yavin-4 with the intention of ending her life, but fortunately, Vel Sartha intervened and provided comfort instead.
13. Vel Sartha
Mon Mothma’s Cousin Fights the Empire, Despite Great Loss

- Played by: Faye Marsay
In the role of a Luthen’s operative, Vel Sartha progressed significantly within the Rebel Alliance, despite numerous setbacks. A tragic loss, her lover Cinta Kaz, was accompanied by a newfound hope in the Rebellion. As the kin of Mon Mothma, she would work under her leadership and safeguard her from potential dangers. Vel decided to stay on Yavin-4 with the surviving rebels, persisting in their fight against the Empire.
12. Cinta Kaz
Luthen’s Rebel Operative Was Killed in Action on Ghorman

- Played by: Varada Sethu
After an absence, Cinta Kaz reappeared in Luthen’s activities and was reunited with her partner, Vel Sartha. They enjoyed each other’s company, filled with affection and desire, before embarking on what was expected to be the first of numerous missions together. Regrettably, during a mission on Ghorman, Cinta Kaz met an untimely end. Tragically, a fellow operative accidentally discharged his weapon, causing a stray shot that instantly claimed the life of Cinta Kaz.
11. Wilmon Paak
A Talented Bomb Maker Aids the Rebellion After His Injuries

- Played by: Muhannad Bhaier
Wilmon Paak joined the Rebellion under the tutelage of Saw Gerrera, who recognized potential in Wilmon beyond what the young man initially perceived. Initially working for Luthen, Wilmon eventually embraced the cause of freedom alongside Saw and dedicated himself to reinstating the Republic through the Rebellion. However, his frequent postings on Ghorman led him to fall for a fellow freedom fighter named Dreena.
Wilmon braved the horrors of the Ghormanan Massacre to reach Dreena, and together they escaped to Yavin-4 for safety. A leg injury sustained during these events left Wilmon with a permanent limp that prevented him from engaging in combat, but he found other ways to contribute to the Rebellion’s efforts.
10. Mon Mothma
A Proud Senator Who Told All of Palpatine’s Evil

- Played by: Genevieve O’Reilly
Mon Mothma may not engage in physical combat like the Rebellion demands, but she wields her words as a formidable weapon. Her skillful diplomacy, passionate orations, and motivating leadership are testament to the enduring spirit of the Republic. Despite the ISB’s repeated attempts to apprehend her for her outspoken criticisms of the Empire in the Senate, Mon Mothma was always one step ahead. With a climactic speech on the Ghormanan Massacre as her cover, she had already coordinated an escape plan with Luthen’s spies. Later, Mon Mothma took the helm of the Rebellion on Yavin-4 and continued to lead even after the fall of the Empire, serving as the first Chancellor of the New Republic.
9. Perrin Fertha
Mon Mothma’s Husband Continues a Life of Wealth on Coruscant

- Played by: Alastair Mackenzie
Following Mon Mothma’s speech about the Ghormanan Massacre that caused her to escape to Yavin-4, Perrin found himself on his own. Without his spouse, Perrin turned for solace to Runai Sculdun, the wife of Davo Sculdun – a rebellious banker with connections to Mon Mothma. It was the Empire that Perrin remained loyal to, primarily due to the opulence he could indulge in as Mon’s companion, and it appears this affluence persists with Runai.
8. Bail Organa
The Senator of Alderaan Who Championed Revolution Until His Death

- Played by: Jimmy Smits & Benjamin Bratt
Bail Organa was a crucial figure in the Rebellion, with a role that went far beyond what most people realized. Known to be an ally of the Jedi Order, Bail raised his friend Anakin Skywalker’s daughter, Leia, secretly to shield her from the Empire. Additionally, he collaborated with Mon Mothma in addressing the Senate and delivering powerful speeches. Eventually, Bail himself escaped to Yavin-4. However, the Empire discovered Bail’s rebellious tendencies and used his home planet, Alderaan, as a testing ground for the Death Star. Tragically, Alderaan was destroyed by the Death Star, leading to Bail Organa’s untimely death – though he continues to live on through Leia Organa’s memories and teachings.
