There’s A New NFL Video Game Coming In September

As an avid sports enthusiast with a soft spot for retro gaming, I can hardly contain my excitement for NFL Retro Bowl 25! Having spent countless hours on the original game, I can’t help but feel nostalgic about the simple yet addictive gameplay and pixelated charm. The fact that this time around we get to play with our favorite NFL teams and players is just the cherry on top!

Next month will see the debut of a fresh NFL video game, but this isn’t the much-anticipated NFL 2K series. Instead, it’s NFL Retro Bowl 25 from New Star Games, which will be released in September.

Starting September 5, NFL Retro Bowl 25, exclusively for Apple Arcade, brings together every NFL team, including stars like Josh Allen from the Buffalo Bills, three-time Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes, two-time MVP Lamar Jackson, and many others, in a pixelated format.

In the upcoming NFL Retro Bowl ’25, football enthusiasts can build their very own NFL legacy by selecting their preferred official NFL teams and players, leading them to victory on the field while strategically managing their rosters and tactics using an enjoyable and user-friendly team management system.
