In the depths of the castle, Tanjiro encounters Akaza, providing him with an opportunity to bring down the Upper-Rank Three and potentially face the Demon King himself.

Shinobu Kocho, a Hashira with a warm and inviting demeanor, has concealed her past sorrows beneath that gentle smile for years. Her childhood was marked by hardships, but it took a turn for the worse when she tragically lost her beloved sister, Kanae. During the Hashira Training Arc, Shinobu called forth Kanao for a significant conversation. Given the circumstances, it seemed evident to all that an imminent war against demons was inevitable.

As a gamer, I used to think that my path to joy was endless and uninterrupted. But when that belief was shattered, I came to understand for the very first time that happiness is precariously balanced on a fragile surface.

Shinobu encounters Kanao with the revelation that a demon was responsible for the death of the former Flower Hashira and her sister Kanaeo Kocho, an event from the past. Seeking retribution, Shinobu appeals to Kanao for assistance in avenging their deaths. The murderer is unveiled as the cunning Upper-Rank Two, Doma. Given Doma’s terrifying demonic nature, it’s clear that Insect Hashira Shinobu stands no chance against him in a direct confrontation. To bring down Doma, Shinobu devises a complex plan, setting the stage for an epic battle with potentially lethal outcomes.

During the Hashira Training Arc, Kagaya Ubuyashiki’s health worsened, leaving him confined to his bed. Despite his ailing condition, he foresaw Muzan’s imminent arrival at the Ubuyashiki estate. To take Muzan by surprise, Kagaya meticulously planned a trap. He subsequently requested Gyomei Himejima’s assistance in confronting the Demon King, coordinating their attack with Tamayo at the optimal moment.
