As a seasoned Fortnite player with countless hours under my belt, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the impending arrival of Disney villains! Captain Hook, Cruella de Vil, and Maleficent are about to join the battle royale, and it’s going to be a sight to behold.

It appears that Fortnite is about to become more sinister, as rumors suggest the introduction of three new Disney antagonists in the near future.

On Tuesday, HypeX – well-known for sharing Fortnite leaks – hinted that Captain Hook, Cruella de Vil, and Maleficent are expected to become playable characters in the upcoming game update.

The new elements are included due to the merger agreement between Disney and Epic Games. However, specifics about how these additions will be implemented within the game have yet to be revealed. One detail that has been disclosed is that not every character from Disney being introduced into Fortnite may be able to wield guns, which could affect their participation in the standard Fortnite Battle Royale.

In simple terms, Saxs Persson from Epic explained to The Verge last week that not all outfits can perform every function. Just as a LEGO minifigure doesn’t carry weapons, brands should have the right to control how their brand is used in association with specific ratings or themes.

The partnership between Disney and Fortnite is set to expand beyond just incorporating Disney characters into the game. In fact, Epic Games and Disney are developing fresh games together and also constructing a comprehensive Disney world within Fortnite.
