As a seasoned adventurer with countless hours spent traversing through the vast landscapes of Throne and Liberty, I can confidently say that the Snake Tongue Flower quest is one for the books. It’s not every day you get to bait and take down a giant sandworm!

For instance, tasks that initially seem clear-cut can become puzzling due to tougher-than-expected enemies or vague instructions on how to complete them. This quest named Snake Tongue Flower is one such challenge, appearing in the eighth chapter during your exploration of Sandworm Lair, Moonlight Desert, and Raging Wilds regions on the map. In simpler terms, things can become quite tricky while trying to accomplish these tasks.
The primary mission, providing at least one advantage, is that when gamers accomplish this quest, they will likely possess the necessary level to finish it successfully. This contrasts with side missions that have level restrictions and require careful management of the player’s location. Yet, once players embark on the Snake Tongue Flower quest, they can start moving towards its conclusion, although they should be mindful of a tricky section, for which this guide can offer assistance.
How To Complete The Snake Tongue Flower Quest
In the Snake Flower Tongue mission, players are tasked with crafting an instrument that their characters can use to lure and harm the colossal sandworm, Queen Bellandr. To accomplish this quest, there are just two main tasks they must carry out:
- Contaminate and gather Crimosa using Tentacle Desert Flower Poison at The Raging Wilds.
- Go to Moonlight Oasis and speak with the Creation Crafter Grudran.
As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share that these tasks have been carefully arranged in a sequence for your convenience. You can rest assured that you won’t need to ponder over the optimal order as they will be completed one after another.
Contaminate & Gather Crimosa
Initially, and somewhat puzzlingly, this journey leads players to venture into the region on the map known as Raging Wilds. In this location, marked by a big blue circle, they’ll discover an array of violet blossoms scattered around, each bearing tiny icons above them.
As a fan, I found myself in a situation where I needed to gather the elusive Crimosas for some unknown purpose. However, these precious flowers can’t be picked off the ground like ordinary blooms. Instead, you’ll have to seek out the Tentacle Desert Flower enemies lurking around and use their potent poison to make them blossom. Now, I must admit that the process wasn’t as straightforward as it could have been, but once I got the hang of it, it turned out to be quite simple.
As a gamer, I’ve figured out a clever strategy: I should be on the lookout for those Tentacle Desert Flowers scattered throughout the map. To poison my character, I need to attack them, which will make them shoot a projectile. Don’t worry about getting hit hard because it’s just the poison I’m after. Once poisoned, scoot over to one of those purple flowers and linger above it for a while. Eventually, the flower will bloom, and the fully-formed Crimosa will pop out, ready for harvesting.
Now, players just need to do this for a total of four times to complete this objective.
Go To Moonlight Oasis
This task is quite straightforward – all the player needs to do is go back to Moonlight Oasis. Once there, they can chat with Grudran, the Creation Crafter. If they have collected the Crimosas, he will give them a censer which they require. Upon concluding their discussion, the quest will be successfully finished, allowing players to proceed to the next segment of the story.
