Fin HarrisQuantum PiersQuantum Piers is unlocked as you progress through the main story. Fin Harris is at the table just before the dance game, where you complete the Wingnut questline.

ZebrakenThe ParkZebraken can be found by the head of the statue. As you enter, go backwards to reveal the giant fountain, which has the statue on top.
Snapper PieThe PoolzIn the pool itself, tucked in the corner.
MechaThe PoolzThis one was a little trickier to spot. Point your cursor directly above the corner of the benches, and go a little to the left. Mecha is standing behind the railing on the second floor.
