Tubes are a crucial item to craft early in StarRupture, but getting the recipe isn’t straightforward. Players need to find several ingredients, including the Tube Blueprint, before they can begin crafting them.
This guide shows you where to find the Blueprint and all the parts you need to craft the Tube in the Fabricator for StarRupture. It also provides easy-to-follow instructions for making it.
Where To Find the Tubes Blueprint in StarRupture
To get the blueprint for the Tube at the Recipe Station, head northwest from the Landing Pod to the abandoned Selenian Corporation site called SMB “Purple Haze” Selenian Mining Base. The blueprint is in a Blue Chest inside a ruined building, but you’ll need to complete some jumping puzzles to get inside.
After gathering the necessary materials, players must research the Tube blueprint at a Recipe Station. This requires Titanium Sheets, Titanium Rods, and Data Points. Once the research is complete, they can build the Tubes by queuing up production at any Fabricator.
To begin making tubes, you’ll need to link the fabricators that create titanium sheets and rods to a third fabricator.
To keep things running smoothly, connect your Cargo Storage buildings to the Fabricator. This ensures that finished products are automatically stored instead of piling up and halting production when you reach 100 items.
Tubes are essential for unlocking more complex crafting recipes, including items like Inductors, Applicators, and all advanced resources. You’ll need to unlock them at the Recipe Station before you can craft these items.
To progress with Selenian Corporation and unlock the Helium-3 extractor, players need to acquire a large number of Tubes. They can either craft thousands of these Tubes or complete commissions for the Corporation, or alternatively, use Data Points if they’ve collected enough.
In StarRupture, you can’t really enjoy the full game until you unlock the Tubes. Players need to find that Blueprint quickly, or they might get stuck or wander too far from where they started.
