As a big gamer, I was excited to see Turtle Beach dropped five new controllers! They’ve got four awesome colors for their Rematch Advanced Wired Controller, and a cool new Afterglow Ignite Wired Controller too. The best part? They’re super affordable – the Rematch controllers are $40 and the Afterglow is $50. You can grab them right now directly from Turtle Beach’s website or at a bunch of other retailers.
Turtle Beach is a well-respected name in gaming accessories. While many companies make gaming peripherals, few receive the same level of positive reviews. The company started 50 years ago as Octave Electronics, making sound cards, but became known for its headsets in 2005. Since then, they’ve expanded to create other accessories like Xbox controllers.
Turtle Beach Rematch and Afterglow Ignite Xbox Controllers
Turtle Beach recently released five new controllers for gamers wanting better performance. Four of these are Xbox controllers with new color schemes based on their popular Rematch Advanced Wired Controller. They feature fast, responsive triggers using Hall effect technology, plus two customizable buttons on the back, vibration feedback, and volume control – everything you’d expect from a standard Xbox controller. You can choose from four glow-in-the-dark designs: Cotton Candy, Blue Kitsune, Kyoto Bloom, and Dark Cosmos.
The Turtle Beach Afterglow Ignite Wired Controller lets you personalize its look with seven RGB lighting zones and four different effects, so you can match it to your preferred colors. Plus, it includes all the same great features as the Rematch Advanced Wired Controller, giving you both style and performance.

These five new controllers are officially licensed by Xbox and work with Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows 10 or 11 PCs. Gamers can purchase the four Rematch Advanced controllers for $40 each and the Afterglow Ignite for $50 directly from Turtle Beach or at other stores that sell their products.
Just so you know, all the controllers mentioned here connect with wires. If you’d prefer a wireless controller, Turtle Beach offers several choices, or you can create a custom one at the Xbox Design Lab. The Design Lab now features new controller designs based on the upcoming game, *The Outer Worlds 2*. However, standard wireless Xbox controllers cost $95 or more, and the Elite controllers start at $185 – and those prices can go up if you customize them. For a more budget-friendly option, Turtle Beach’s officially licensed controllers are considerably cheaper than buying directly from Xbox.
