Upon arriving at the island in “Hello Kitty Island Adventure”, you might spot an odd egg character in various spots. That’s Gudetama, a lethargic egg character that pops up in numerous places across the game “Hello Kitty Island Adventure”.

You can find Gudetama by snapping a selfie near one, using the camera provided at the Hello Kitty Island Adventure during the ‘Gudetama Snap’ mission. After completing the ‘Gudetama Snap’ quest, another Gudetama-themed adventure unfolds within Hello Kitty Island Adventure, but this continuation can only be accessed if you capture six images of various Gudetama locations scattered throughout the game.

‘Gudetama Snap’ Quest Walkthrough

To embark on the ‘Gudetama Snap’ adventure at ‘Hello Kitty Island Adventure‘, fans should initially engage with the peculiar Gudetama sign situated to the right of the central square. This sign will subsequently guide you towards Pochacco, who will inquire if you have spotted any small eggs scattered across the islands.

Later, Pochacco will signal towards a Gudetama with a mustache standing on the steps near his workout area, not far from the Plaza Fast Travel point. He requests you to capture its image using the Camera he offers, thereby initiating the ‘Gudetama Snap’ mission.

Approach the Gudetama, adjust your Camera using the quick-select wheel, and hit the Camera icon located at the lower right corner of the screen. After that, slightly magnify your view, and capture an image of your character while ensuring Gudetama is also visible within the frame.

While keeping Gudetama within the viewfinder, capture the image, and once you do, it’ll vanish. A prompt will then appear confirming that you’ve discovered a Gudetama. To finish the ‘Gudetama Snap’ game, bring this photo to Pochacco.

Eventually, Pochacco will request that you keep snapping photographs of Gudetama across the various islands using his camera. Once you’ve captured a total of six images (including the initial shot for the quest), feel free to head back to Pochacco and receive ‘The Laziest Egg’.

Gudetama #1: By Pochacco’s Work-Out Spot (Resort Plaza)

On the steps directly next to Pochacco’s work-out spot in the central Resort Plaza. This is the Gudetama you take a picture of for ‘Gudetama Snap’.

Gudetama #2: Hiding Inside Hello Kitty’s Cafe Street Sign

One Gudetama location is inside of Hello Kitty’s Cafe sign, poking out of its shell. Hello Kitty’s Cafe is just to the left of the Plaza and My Melody’s shop.

Gudetama #3: Floating On A Tube Beneath A Nearby Waterfall

This chilled-out Gudetama can be found floating beneath the Waterfall to the top-right of the main Plaza. This is just west of Chococat’s tent and the first Yellow Power Crystal ruin.

Gudetama #4: Under A Bacon Blanket By The Shore

Head to the far southeast of the shore on the Seaside Resort island to find this cold Gudetama trying to warm up under a bacon blanket on a rock.

Gudetama #5: Twirling His Mustache On A Small Western Island

Head all the way to the left of the Seaside Resort and jump across the stepping stone-like islands to reach this mischievous, mustachioed Gudetama.

Gudetama #6: About To Be Eaten On A Larger Western Island

Continue to the west across the tiny island chain to find this distraught Gudetama being lifted out of a bowl of ramen between two trees on a medium-sized island.
