Get ready for Halloween as Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort unveil a new attraction for their Halloween Horror Nights: the chilling Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines, where the iconic Universal Classic Monsters will haunt you once more.

Annually, Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort convert their parks into Halloween Horror Nights, an evening event presenting numerous haunted houses and scarezones based on Universal’s intellectual properties and original ideas. Typically occurring from September to early November, this year’s event in Orlando debuts earlier than before, starting August 30. For the current season, Orlando offers 10 haunted houses, while Hollywood boasts eight; both include popular franchises such as Insidious, Ghostbusters, and A Quiet Place. Recently, another house has been announced for both parks, showcasing the Universal Classic Monsters, who have graced Halloween Horror Nights since 2019.

As a longtime fan of classic horror movies, I’m beyond excited about Universal’s latest announcement – the new house at Universal Studios, Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines. Having grown up watching iconic films featuring the Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula’s Daughter, She-Wolf of London, and other legendary monsters, I can hardly contain my enthusiasm for this fresh take on their stories.

Universal Monsters Join Halloween Horror Nights

As a huge fan of the Universal Monsters, I’ve been blown away by their dominance at Halloween Horror Nights over the past five years. With the upcoming opening of Epic Universe at Universal Orlando Resort next summer, an entire area will be dedicated to Dark Universe and these iconic monsters. The Monster houses have been met with great reception and admiration each year, allowing a new generation of horror enthusiasts to forge a connection with the classic creatures that paved the way for modern horror. This year, Universal Orlando’s lineup includes the monsters joining forces with three other Universal properties and six original houses, rounding out the list as the final house announcement. Meanwhile, it seems that Universal Hollywood still has two more announcements to come.

I’ve been looking forward to this time of year all summer long, and I’m thrilled to share that tickets are now available for both Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights and Universal Orlando’s Halloween Event! With a variety of options to choose from, you can purchase single-night or multi-day tickets. For those planning a trip to Hollywood, get ready to start your journey with tickets starting at an affordable $77, while Orlando enthusiasts can join in the fun for just $83 and up.
