By tuning into any Overwatch 2 stream on Twitch for a total of 10 hours between now and March 30, players can claim these Loot Boxes for their inventory.

The much-anticipated mid-Season 15 update for Overwatch 2 is now live, offering a variety of Perk enhancements, the coveted Mythic Widowmaker weapon skin, and the second team-up with LE SSERAFIM. Until April 1st, players can tackle in-game tasks to gather Battle Pass XP and cosmetics, among which are the Fawksy James Junkrat skin and the victory pose that were previously available through the last LE SSERAFIM collaboration.

Players have an opportunity to collect additional cosmetics for Overwatch 2 without needing to log in to the game. This is due to a collaboration with LE SSERAFIM and the mid-Season 15 update, during which Overwatch 2 will give away five free Loot Boxes as Twitch Drops. To claim these rewards, fans simply need to watch a total of 10 hours of any Overwatch 2 streamers on Twitch before March 31. For every two hours spent watching qualifying channels, one Loot Box will be added to the viewer’s inventory.

How to Get Overwatch 2 Mid-Season 15 Twitch Drops

  • Connect one’s Battle.net and Twitch accounts
  • Watch any Overwatch 2 streamers on Twitch from now through March 30, 11:58 AM PST, for 10 hours to earn five Loot Boxes
    • One Loot Box is awarded for every two hours spent watching these streams
  • Once complete, claim rewards from the Twitch Drops inventory
  • Claimed Loot Boxes will automatically appear in Overwatch 2, where they can be opened as usual from the Loot Box inventory

In Season 15, Twitch Drops are distinct from the ten Loot Boxes players can gather weekly and the three Loot Boxes given as ongoing weekly rewards in Overwatch 2. Additionally, these Twitch Drops will accumulate swiftly alongside the other Loot Boxes, granting fans a guaranteed Legendary cosmetic after opening 20 of them combined.

Unlike prior Twitch Drops for seasonal Overwatch 2, this campaign omits the introduction of a new or recurring shop skin. However, it’s possible that players will receive at least one skin from their five Loot Boxes, and potentially more.
