In Disney Dreamlight Valley, upon finishing the Brave the Storm quest, players will straightaway initiate the Monkey Business adventure. Throughout this mission, the Dreamers are required to gather unique bananas as a means to bargain with specific creatures who hold items crucial for resolving the Monkey Business quest.
In the Agrabah Realm, there’s no crafting, cooking, or other activities to engage in; instead, you’ll be searching for items. The Monkey Business is one of several quests that players must finish to gain access to Aladdin, Jasmine, and the Magic Carpet. If they succeed, these characters can be invited to the valley.
How To Trigger Monkey Business Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
In the game DDV, to initiate the Monkey Business quest, first, successfully accomplish the Brave the Storm quest. Converse with Aladdin to wrap up this mission, and he’ll inform you about a mysterious amulet he discovered while waiting for your arrival. Since it contains an old script, take it to Jasmine as she might be able to decipher it. On examination, the Princess notices three empty slots for gemstones that appear to be missing; locate these gems to energize its power.
To reach the rotten fruits, walk up the nearby wooden platform and take a right. Use the Royal Watering Can to clear any hindrances within Disney Dreamlight Valley, then chat with the monkeys who hold the gemstones. They’ll probably ask for bananas as payment. Later, head back to Aladdin, who advises checking the market for Golden Bananas instead.

Golden Banana Location #1
Starting from where the monkeys are, take a right turn and use the pickaxe to clear away any stones. This should lead you to the first Golden Banana.

Head back to Agrabah’s initial entry point and proceed left. Follow this path until it ends, then ascend the plank to your right, adjacent to where a chest was previously obstructed by stones. Once you reach the balcony overlooking the fountain, remove the rocks and collect the second Golden Banana that lies beneath.

As a fan, I’d suggest you step out onto the balcony and pass through the archway ahead. Follow the path down the stairs to your right. Take another right, leading you into the area where the charming fountain stands. Here, you’ll notice a cluster of rocks surrounding something intriguing. Go ahead and demolish those rocks, and there you’ll find the third and last Golden Banana!
Go back to the tricky creatures in Disney Dreamlight Valley and hand over three Golden Bananas to get three gemstones. Take them to Aladdin, who’ll use them to fill empty spots in his amulet. When you find out that the amulet shields against sandstorms, wear it to move through a sandstorm towards the monkeys’ location and collect an Ancient Tome. Hand over the tome to Aladdin, and this will complete the Monkey Business quest, leading to the Breaking Through quest.
