These skins are modeled after the top players in the game, with a drop mechanism biased towards players you already possess. Alongside regular enhancements, an additional green star grants bonus improvements to each perk for a six-month duration. During this period, the skin bestows a 4-star boost (+16 stats) on each perk, which later diminishes to a 3-star boost (+12 stats).
