As a gamer, I’m super excited about the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2! Besides fresh titles like “Mario Kart World” and “Donkey Kong Bananza,” it’ll also bring enhanced versions of many fan-favorite games from the original Switch. This includes the legendary open-world games in the “Legend of Zelda” series – “Breath of the Wild” and “Tears of the Kingdom.”
These iconic Zelda titles will boast improved graphics and a new feature called “Zelda Notes,” which lets players save and share game information using the official Nintendo Switch app. This is particularly useful for “Tears of the Kingdom” players, who can now save and share their Auto-Build designs with fellow gamers. It’s going to be an unforgettable gaming experience!
Tears Of The Kingdom Players Can Share Their Favorite Builds On The Switch 2
In contrast to its predecessor, “The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom,” one significant alteration is the addition of the Ultrahand and Fuse abilities. The Ultrahand empowers Link to manipulate objects from a distance, while Fuse allows players to combine items, creating everything from a blazing sword to a fully operational flying machine. This Autobuild ability, which can be unlocked by discovering the Central Mine within the Depths, enables players to save and reproduce their preferred designs, as well as popular defaults, allowing for quick rebuilding once initial components have deteriorated.
Since the launch of TotK, gamers have found multiple uses for Ultrahand and Fuse, predominantly for transportation. Navigating Hyrule’s expansive landscape can be challenging, even on foot or horseback, so players have creatively built an impressive array of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, flying scooters, airplane-like devices, jetpacks, and many more. They do this by utilizing Zonai fans, wheels, gliders, and other items found in the game, along with natural resources like bomb flowers. With the introduction of the Zelda Notes function, players can now exchange these designs seamlessly by generating a QR code and sharing it with friends.
Zelda Notes Has Many Functions, Including Autobuild Sharing
In 2025, you can expect the Zelda Notes feature to be incorporated into the Nintendo Switch application. No subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online is necessary to use this app, but you will need a Nintendo account and a device capable of downloading and running apps. Apart from the Zelda Notes, the app also provides updates on upcoming Nintendo games, as well as details about the Switch 2 and its associated titles.
Zelda Notes offers a Map feature that assists players in finding secret Koroks, shrines, and other items, along with daily rewards, personal and community play statistics, a Photo Studio to edit in-game images, and access to Voice Memories. Furthermore, the “Item Share” and “Autobuild Share” options – unique to Tears of the Kingdom – enable the creation of QR codes for sharing with friends and the ability to import those codes into the game.
One key feature in Tears of the Kingdom that players should be aware of is the Autobuild Share function. This allows players to exhibit their favorite creations while also drawing inspiration from or even copying the creations of others. For newcomers, this system offers an opportunity to download popular and practical Autobuilds such as the potent Lynel horn-upgraded sword or the widely loved air bike. More skilled players can engage in friendly competition to create the most intricate masterpiece and showcase their work among fellow gamers. The Autobuild Share function fosters a creative community within Tears of the Kingdom, encouraging players to continue experimenting, exploring, and sharing their unique creations with both friends and online communities.
