After completing this step, you can activate Civ 7 console commands by following the instructions provided below.

  1. Navigate to Users > AppData > Local > Firaxis Games > Sid Meier’s Civilization VII on your computer.
  2. Open the file AppOptions.txt with a text editor like Notepad.
  3. Find EnableDebugPanels -1 and replace it with EnableDebugPanels 1.
  4. Save the file and then launch Civilization VII.

To ensure the Civilization VII debug menu functions properly, remember to delete the semicolon (;) when modifying the AppOptions.txt file, alongside changing -1 to a 1.

How to Use Cheats in Civ 7 Debug Menu
