However, it’s puzzling to them that players can’t befriend more sociable characters like Marlon, who participates in Stardew Valley‘s seasonal events. Additionally, some fans have expressed disappointment that certain characters aren’t romanceable, while others have noted that Gunther seems perpetually stuck at the museum, leading to jokes that he might be a ghost.
