In Assassin’s Creed Shadows, there are numerous optional tasks for players to accomplish to gain knowledge points. One of these tasks is exploring shrines where you can engage with them and interact with specific prayer spots to finish them. The Kamigamo Shrine is one such location that players will eventually encounter in the mid-game. To complete this shrine and receive a knowledge point, you must pray at three distinct locations. Here are the positions for all the prayer spots.
Kamigamo Shrine Location in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
In my Assassin’s Creed: Shadows adventure, I stumbled upon the serene Kamigamo Shrine nestled in the Kyoto district of the Yamashiro province. To get there, I exited Kyoto from its northern edge and trailed along the winding hillside path. As I climbed higher, the name of the elusive Kamigamo Shrine appeared on my map if it was still a virgin destination for me.
To finish the shrine, you’ll need to visit and pray at three distinct locations. Even though they’re fairly close, newcomers might find it puzzling if they stumble upon it during their exploration. Don’t forget to utilize Naoe’s Eagle Vision power to spot any white dots, as these will indicate the prayer spots’ locations.
All Prayer Spot Locations in Kamigamo Shrine
Please take a look at the picture on the map situated overhead for easy identification of all the prayer spots nestled within Kamigamo Shrine, in Assassin’s Creed: Shadows. Let’s go through each spot meticulously to facilitate completion of this side activity and earn a knowledge point with minimal effort.
Prayer Spot 1
Upon entering the temple via its southeastern door, continue moving to your left, crossing over a bridge, and you’ll find the initial prayer area directly ahead of you.
Prayer Spot 2
Next time, instead of going straight, walk backwards towards the red bridge and continue crossing it until you reach the inner temple. You’ll find a prayer spot just ahead, near the large tree before it.
Prayer Spot 3
To reach the final prayer spot, first, rotate and walk towards the pillars behind you. Avoid crossing the bridge. Instead, take a left turn, and you’ll discover the final prayer spot located on your right side.
In Assassin’s Creed Shadows, when I’ve offered my respects at every hidden nook within Kamigamo Shrine, the game marks it as accomplished, and I receive a valuable Knowledge Point in return.
