In the southwestern part of Casterfell Woods, adventurers will stumble upon the Druid Camp and the remnants of a castle atop a hill, enveloped by druids. It is possible that you were dispatched here by Mother Jago in search of her book, or alternatively, you may have chanced upon this location during your own exploration of Atomfall.
Should you venture into the castle, you might feel underwhelmed by its sparse offerings, ensconced as they are in the frosty stonework of these decaying walls. Yet, if you manage to locate the position of the Druid Castle Key, it will unveil a hidden grotto concealed behind the main hall, which leads you on an adventure beneath the castle ruins. This guide provides instructions on how to find the Castle Key, and also reveals where the keyhole for this secret entrance can be found.
What Is The Castle Key Used For?
To unlock a hidden door in the castle’s main hall, you need the Druid Castle Key. This secret door is located near where a fallen soldier lies next to the throne, at the end of the dining tables. As you observe, there will be a fireplace nearby. To find the concealed room, search for a keyhole on the right side of the fireplace. Once unlocked, this secret room behind the fireplace provides access back to the Castle Ruins underground area.
To reach the underground part of the Castle Ruins, take a detour through a side gate located south of the main castle entrance. This shortcut allows you to quickly access Mother Jago again once you’ve found her book in the grotto situated past the fireplace.
Where To Find Druid Castle Key In Atomfall
To locate the Druid Castle Key, Atomfall players should make their way into the castle through the main entrance situated on top of the Druid Camp in Casterfell Woods. Afterward, proceed straight along the hall. When you reach its end, turn left to enter the castle kitchen area. Near the end of this room, you’ll notice a corner leading to a stairwell, and that’s where the Druid Castle Key is usually found.
The Druid Castle Key can be found on a nearby preparation table, next to a staircase that ascends to the left side of the balcony in the throne room. Grab the key, then retrace your steps to the fireplace to unveil a hidden door, open the shortcut to the Castle Ruins, and locate Mother Jago’s book.
