Refantazio features a battle system reminiscent of the press-turn system from Shin Megami Tensei, providing players with a variety of tools to engage and overcome more powerful enemies effectively, given the appropriate character setup and tactical approach.
In summary, advancing to higher levels enhances your fundamental attributes and significantly improves your chances in battles. To prepare yourself effectively for the ultimate showdown against the final boss, here are some top spots to gather experience points during the last month of the game.
This version aims to maintain the original meaning while using simpler language and a more conversational tone.
Best Endgame Farming Spot Before The Final Dungeon Of Metaphor: ReFantazio
If you’re seeking a potential farming location for managing MP efficiently, make your way to the “Spire of Blind Faith,” situated at the map’s southernmost tip. Towards the game’s final month and during the Trials Of The Dragon, higher floors in this tower unlock, providing tougher monsters to battle. You’ll encounter numerous Malmorta skeleton enemies, level 67, which can be easily defeated if you possess Light and Strike abilities.
On the uppermost floor preceding the dragon, you’ll find a Level 73 Homo Luano, another formidable adversary ideal for farming decent Experience Points. What sets this tower apart is a level containing approximately fifty low-level skeletons safeguarding a Faith Magileto. If you’re from the Archetype of the Mage lineage, farm this floor to replenish MP as required, allowing you to grind in this tower regardless of your current level. Once you reach Plato at the tower’s summit, utilize the Leave option to return to the entrance and respawn all enemies within the tower. Ascend back to Plato repeatedly as many times as necessary.
The Dragon Perched atop the Tower is your adversary, and it’s crucial to make thorough preparations before engaging with it.
The Best Final XP Farming Spot In Metaphor: ReFantazio
The optimal spot for earning experience points is undeniably Tyrant’s Star’s final dungeon, specifically the last zone of the second map prior to encountering Louis. Just before the checkpoint, you’ll find two Melancholia Crystals that each summon three high-level human characters. When your character level allows you to defeat these enemies in the open world, these crystals transform into the game’s top XP farming locations, as they host the highest-level naturally occurring opponents. As long as the crystals remain intact, the enemies will continuously respawn indefinitely.
- If you do destroy the crystals, they will respawn by leaving this area of the map and coming back.
- Destroying the crystals does give one Hero’s Leaf of Light each.
An alternative farming spot for A-EXP could be the two crystals found at the start of this map’s section, particularly the ones with large teeth. Note that these large teeth have a respawn limit, but they provide the most A-EXP in the game and are ideal for reaching the maximum level on your Royal Archetypes.
