Valve Datamine Uncovers Strange Terms That May Reference A New Half-Life Game
On McVicker’s YouTube video, a source leaked information about the updates in Valve’s Source 2 games that contain hints of an HEV Suit character from HLX, who ventures “Offworld” and interacts with workers, cranes, tanks, rogue humans, and gorillas, jellyfish, and swoopers – elements reminiscent of Half-Life. McVicker suspects that these features were originally intended for Half-Life Alyx but have been under further development since then, and the term “White Sands” could be a nod to the New Mexico setting in Half-Life 3, which aligns with the series’ backstory.
Despite the fact that the latest main installment of the popular game series, “Half-Life,” was released more than a decade and a half ago, its fanbase continues to show immense enthusiasm.
