Fans eager to try Vampire Crawlers will be able to play a demo on Steam and Xbox starting in February 2026.
Vampire Crawlers, a new game inspired by Vampire Survivors, combines dungeon crawling, roguelike elements, and deckbuilding. It was revealed last year and will be available on day one with Xbox Game Pass Premium and Ultimate. While the full game is planned for 2026, the developers might push back the release date if needed. Good news for eager players: a demo will be available next month on both Xbox and Steam.
Vampire Crawlers Demo Announced for Steam and Xbox
The demo for the game Vampire Crawlers will be available on Steam and Xbox starting February 23, as announced in the first episode of the YouTube series “Let’s Explore Vampire Crawlers.” The developers shared that the game’s main feature will be quick, engaging turn-based combat. They’ve noticed that many popular turn-based games can feel slow and repetitive, and they’re aiming to create a more dynamic experience.
Many games let you speed up gameplay with features like fast-forward or skipping animations to avoid waiting. But in Vampire Crawlers, we wanted to keep the fun of animations while also keeping things fast-paced. That’s why you don’t have to wait for an animation to finish before using your next ability. Plus, attacks don’t just focus on one enemy – they spread to hit all targets at once.
Turbo Turn, a new feature in the game, lets players quickly attack enemies without worrying too much about managing resources – making it great for new players. But even experienced players will find something to enjoy! As you play, you can discover relics and treasures that add new ways to use your cards. Plus, you can customize your cards with gems to give them special abilities.
Just a heads-up: the game Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt will no longer be playable after April 2026. Also, a demo for Vampire Crawlers is coming out next month! Let us know what you think in the comments, and come chat with other fans on the official TopMob Discord server.
