To prepare yourself for a battle in Verdansk, make sure to familiarize yourself with its Points of Interest prior to jumping into a match. This is because a fresh Battle Royale Casual mode is due to launch alongside the map on April 3. In this new mode, you’ll find yourself among 28 real players and up to 120 bots, providing an excellent opportunity for a warm-up before engaging in a larger game.
This game is considered less action-packed compared to the usual battle royale games featuring 149 human players.
If You’re that Bad…
According to a recent post on the COD blog, Battle Royale Casual mode is set to debut in Verdansk when the classic map goes live in Call of Duty Warzone on April 3rd.
If you’re looking for a less high-stress Battle Royale experience, perhaps as a warm-up, or if you want a match that’s not as competitive as playing against 149 human opponents, or if you need to boost your confidence, then the ‘Casual’ game mode in Battle Royale might just be perfect for you.
As a player eagerly diving into Battle Royale, I’m prepared for the established ruleset, ready to land alongside 27 other combatants, many of whom are likely AI opponents. These bots might exhibit different levels of skill proficiency, offering an unpredictable and challenging gaming experience.
As a gamer, I often find myself diving into the intense battlefields of Call of Duty: Warzone’s Bootcamp. Unlike regular gameplay, progression here is capped, and the outcomes won’t impact my overall stats. Furthermore, this mode doesn’t contribute to my standing when it comes to accessing BR Ranked Play once it rolls out mid-season.
In simpler terms, the casual version of Battle Royale isn’t equivalent to Bootcamp. The Bootcamp mode will become available during the release of Verdansk, allowing players to land in a smaller part of the map to accomplish missions and hone their skills before engaging in the entire map. On the other hand, this is also what you can do in Battle Royale Casual.
This will be an ideal choice for those looking to explore content creation options in a fun setting. You can delve into the map to revisit famous landmarks from Verdansk, all while avoiding the threat of being attacked by numerous opponents.
Is this plan advantageous for those who aren’t as proficient at the game? I’d love to hear your thoughts on it, so feel free to share in the comment section below.
