The “Very Comfortable Pillow” is a rare item in ARC Raiders used to improve Scrappy the Rooster. It’s notoriously difficult to find, potentially frustrating players. While harder to locate than the Dog Collar (needed for a previous upgrade), there is a method to reliably obtain it.

Where To Find Very Comfortable Pillow in ARC Raiders
The Very Comfortable Pillow can be found in towns and cities, but its exact location is somewhat random, influenced by player luck in ARC Raiders. As players of this extraction shooter know, there’s always an element of chance. However, you can increase your chances of finding it by searching in areas where it’s most likely to appear.
On the Dam Battlegrounds map, the Pattern House is a useful location. It’s found on the northwestern side of Generator Hall, east of the Broken Bridge – a common area for Raiders to appear. If you start the match nearby, head to the building with a parking lot and agave plants. Check both floors – they’re marked as Residential hotspots.
Look in drawers, wardrobes, on kitchen counters, and inside any abandoned luggage – especially small, blue suitcases. These are the most common places to find the Very Comfortable Pillow. Be careful, though! This area is risky because it’s close to three player spawn points: the Electrical Tower, Raider’s Outpost East, and the area near Pattern House.
To help Scrappy the Rooster advance from Tier IV to Tier V, you’ll need to gather some materials. Specifically, you need 3 Very Comfortable Pillows, 12 Mushrooms, and 12 Apricots.
Once players have finished searching the two living areas in this location, they should head to the Power Generation Complex – a key area for industrial and electrical items. Searching the offices on the second floor might even reward you with a Very Comfortable Pillow! Just be warned: this area is very popular with enemy Raiders who will quickly try to take your loot, so proceed with caution.
If you’re looking for a new place to search, the Buried City is a great option for finding Commercial and Residential areas, and it’s the second-best location to farm this particular trinket. The area around Piazza Arbusto and Buried Properties is the best place to find the Very Comfortable Pillow, but be aware that you’re more likely to run into enemy raiders there. To avoid trouble, try to stay hidden and wear clothing that blends in with the environment. For Dam Battlegrounds, choose green and grey camouflage, and for the Buried City, go with orange and yellowish colors.
