However, no superhero series can do without its own filler characters and common threats.

8. Elephant

A Man With the Strength of an Elephant

The Elephant serves as a somewhat humorous antagonist with occasional appearances. He isn’t strictly villainous but takes on small jobs as a hired gun. Despite having kind intentions, his immense power can potentially be harmful to ordinary humans. Later, Isotope reteams with Machine Head, who escapes from prison as a result of Mr. Lee’s rampage.

As a devoted admirer, let me share my thoughts on Isotope: His unique ability lies in teleportation, yet the rest of him is remarkably human, giving him limited strength. Despite this, he’s a cunning character who skillfully navigates challenges, always mindful of his limitations. In critical moments, when utilized shrewdly, his powers prove incredibly beneficial for extricating himself from perilous situations.

5. Machine Head

A Gimmicky Crime Boss With an Autotuned Voice

In the gripping world of “Invincible,” Machine Head quickly captured the hearts of fans in season one, not because of his brute strength or supernatural abilities, but rather due to his intricate connections within the criminal underworld and his skillful navigation amidst a sea of superheroes. To put it simply, he’s the kind of guy who can manipulate even an intimidating figure like Battle Beast into engaging in a street-level brawl – now that’s impressive!

Machine Head possesses strengths rooted in his intellect and the capacity to enhance it, as his head symbolizes a mechanical entity. Upon receiving a chip from Titan, Machine Head integrates this technology into his own brain, which appears to grant him abilities of prescience. He uses the appalling living conditions on the streets, which are a result of Machine Head’s oppressive rule, to create a moral quandary for Invincible.

In the course of the series, he consistently displays remarkable feats of power and resilience that are reminiscent of a blend between Tombstone and Luke Cage from the Marvel Comics world. His abilities enable him to transform his body into a rock-like structure that is nearly indestructible by bullets, and he experiences significantly less pain when struck. Additionally, he demonstrates proficiency in hand-to-hand combat. One of the most astonishing moments in the series was when he withstood several attacks from Battle Beast, one of the strongest characters known to us, with minimal injury.
