Since its debut in 2022, the show Wednesday has become a major success, attracting well-known actors. For the third season, the series has added several new faces from popular movies and TV shows. Oscar Morgan, who had a small role in A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, will play Atticus. Noah Taylor, famous for his part as Locke in Game of Thrones, joins the cast as Cyrus.
In addition to the returning cast, Season 3 of Wednesday is adding some exciting new faces! Winona Ryder (Stranger Things) and Chris Sarandon will appear in guest roles, alongside Kennedy Moyer. Eva Green (Game of Thrones) will join as a series regular, playing Ophelia, Morticia Addams’ sister. Green, Ryder, and Sarandon have all previously worked with director and executive producer Tim Burton. Also joining the cast in guest roles are James Lance (Ted Lasso) and Andrew McCarthy (The Resident, Weekend at Bernie’s).

Lena Headey, famous for playing Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones, is joining the cast of Wednesday, following Gwendoline Christie. Christie, who played Principal Larissa Weems in Season 1, unexpectedly returned in Season 2 as a spirit guide for Wednesday Addams. Details about Headey’s role, along with those of new cast members James Lance and Andrew McCarthy, are currently being kept secret.
Season 3 of Wednesday will bring back many familiar faces, including Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, Emma Myers as Enid Sinclair, and Hunter Doohan as Tyler Galpin. Other returning cast members include Joy Sunday (Bianca Barclay), Moosa Mostafa (Eugene Ottinger), Georgie Farmer (Ajax Petropolus), Isaac Ordonez (Pugsley Addams), Billie Piper (Isadora Capri), Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo (Sheriff Ritchie Santiago), Victor Dorobantu (Thing), Evie Templeton (Agnes DeMille), Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Joanna Lumley (Grandmama Hester Frump), and Fred Armisen (Uncle Fester).
With ‘Wednesday’ preparing for its third season, the casting of Lena Headey, Jenna Ortega, and Emma Myers suggests the show is becoming even more popular and attracting bigger stars.
