Hitman World of Assassination: Part One is a section of the larger Hitman World of Assassination game. The full game, often called Hitman World of Assassination, contains all the content from Hitman 1: Game of the Year edition, Hitman 2, and Hitman 3. However, Part One only gives players access to the content from Hitman 1: Game of the Year edition, including these locations and missions:
- ICA Facility (free starter pack)
- Paris
- Sapienza
- Marrakesh
- Bangkok
- Colorado
- Hokkaido
- Patient Zero campaign
- Deluxe Escalations
This version doesn’t have virtual reality support, the Freelancer game mode, or any of the locations and missions from the other games and downloadable content.
Should You Buy World of Assassination Part One and Upgrade or the Full Game?
Hitman 1 GOTY offers a lot of gameplay for just $2.99, making it a good value if you’re new to the series. Just be aware that this edition doesn’t include Hitman 2 or Hitman 3. If you’ve been curious about the Hitman games but don’t want to spend a lot of money to try them out, this is a great way to start.
If players like the initial game, they can buy the Upgrade Pack later to unlock all the locations from Hitman 2 and Hitman 3, as well as VR and Freelancer modes.
