In the fifth season of Modern Warfare 3, gamers will encounter a fresh WWE-inspired mode named “Slam Deathmatch.” During this exciting new gameplay experience, participants earn points by executing Finishing Moves to eliminate their opponents.

MW3 Slam Deathmatch mode explained
In the Limited Time Mode “Slam Deathmatch” of Modern Warfare 3, enemies are not instantly eliminated when shot with a weapon; instead, you must deliver a Finishing Move to end their life and earn points for your team.
In Slam Deathmatch, the finishing moves for all victors are selected at random and modeled after WWE’s diverse repertoire, as evidenced by the elbow drop and other maneuvers showcased in the Season 5 preview.
In Modern Warfare 3’s latest MP mode, Slam Deathmatch, you’ll need more than just accurate gunfire to secure the win. Once an opponent is weakened, it’s time to show off your inner wrestler and execute a finishing move to earn those valuable points.

If the score limit is similar to Team Deathmatch, which we haven’t determined yet, then a team will secure victory by reaching a total of 100 points or having the highest number of kills during the 10-minute match duration. The gameplay will adhere to the conventional six-player setup for each team in this mode.
In the heat of the game, pulling off a Finishing Move might prove challenging since opponents can interrupt. Moreover, downed players have the chance to be revived, meaning it’s essential to communicate and shield your teammates while they aim for the final blow.
When will Slam Deathmatch be available in MW3?
As a dedicated MW3 (Modern Warfare 3) gamer, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! During this year’s WWE SummerSlam event, which runs from July 31 to August 7, 2024, I’ll get the chance to experience Slam Deathmatch. Can’t wait to join in on the fun and see what this unique game mode has in store for me!
During this time, Slam Deathmatch will be available as its own playlist in MW3 multiplayer.
In Season 5 of WWE, this isn’t the sole event fans have to look forward to. Additionally, there’s the Conquest Event taking place from August 7 to August 14 and the Echo Endo Live! Field Rep from August 14 to August 21.
In addition to the new weapons, Season 5 update will bring some fresh Operator skins with a WWE theme for you to obtain.
