If you’re creating a character in Where Winds Meet and aren’t happy with how they look, don’t start over! Smart Customization lets you fine-tune your character’s appearance to get exactly the result you want.
Here is everything you need to know about Smart Customization in Where Winds Meet.
What is Smart Customization in Where Winds Meet?

When you start playing Where Winds Meet, you’ll be able to create your character. At the top of the screen, you’ll find a helpful feature called Smart Customization, right next to the regular character creation tools.
Within this menu, you’ll find options for both voice and image input. Using Smart Customization, the game’s AI can create a character for you, either based on your spoken words or a picture you provide.
The game automatically creates a character for you, so you can skip the often complicated process of designing one yourself and adjusting lots of different settings.
How to Use Voice Smart Customization in Where Winds Meet
The first setting in the Smart Customization menu lets you design your character’s voice. It works by recognizing keywords – things like colors or personality traits – that you mention, and then creates a voice to match.
We provided a detailed description, and the voice analysis tool used adjectives like “wild” and “soft” to generate a face it believed would fit our character. It’s a simple system, but it works.
The best part is how simple it is to use. Just connect a microphone and tell it about the character you want – no extra gear or uploading files is required.
Don’t worry if the character doesn’t look exactly right immediately – you might need to try creating it a few times to get the result you want.
How to Use Image Smart Customization in Where Winds Meet
The Smart Customization menu also lets you create characters from images. Simply upload a picture of the character you want, and the game’s AI will recreate it in Where Winds Meet.
You can upload any image – a photo of yourself, a character from a game, or even a movie still. Keep in mind that the AI isn’t perfect, so the character it generates probably won’t be an exact match to the image you provide.
Sometimes the game might say your image isn’t suitable. If that happens, here are a few suggestions to help.
- Upload an image that is from the neck up.
- Make sure there is nothing covering the face.
- Remove all glasses and jewelry.
If you follow those steps, you should be able to easily use an image to create a character in Where Winds Meet.
