Skate Upcoming Seasons Breakdown

The early access version of *Skate* will be updated with new content and improvements over time through a series of seasons. The first season, launching in October 2025, will include two special events: *Skate-o-Ween* and *7-Play Maple Harvest*.

Season 2, coming in December 2025, will add even more to the game with new seasonal events, a brand-new co-op mode where you can play with friends, better party voice chat, improvements to the replay editor, and exciting new tricks like impossibles and enhanced handplants.

Beyond 2025, Season 3 will bring even more to the game with new ways to play, including completely new game modes. Players will also be able to design and share their own skate parks, plus customize their characters with things like tattoos. We’re adding more advanced tricks – like darkslides and footplants – and introducing global leaderboards to track the best players.

Skate maintains the core gameplay fans love while adding some modern touches. You’ll still perform tricks using grabs, grinds, flips, and rotations – everything feels instantly recognizable. What’s new is how you move around: you can now climb, scale walls, and jump to access different areas and create new routes.
