Football Manager 26 is launching soon, marking a fresh start for the series after last year’s cancellation and a complete rebuild. The full game will be available on all platforms November 4th, 2025, but PC players who pre-order can get early access with the Advanced Access Beta.

Expected Release Time For Football Manager 26’s Beta
The beta version of FM 26 will launch on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025. While the exact time isn’t confirmed yet, Sports Interactive has said it will be released in the evening, UK time.
This significantly reduces the likely timeframe for the release, and we can also examine when previous games were released to help us make a good prediction.
Based on past releases, between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm British Summer Time is a good estimate for when the game will launch. Since the developers, Sports Interactive, are based in the UK, it’s unlikely to be released much later. Football Manager 2024 came out at 4:00 pm, making that the most probable time, but you might have to wait a little longer.

Can You Preload The Football Manager 26 Beta?
Players won’t be able to download the FM 26 beta beforehand, so they’ll have to download it when it’s released. The good news is that Steam estimates the download size will be around 20 GB, so it shouldn’t take too long.
It’s unknown at the time of writing whether the full game will have a preload.
