In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, Ultra Balls cost 1,200 PokéDollars and can be purchased at the Poké Marts in several locations: Fuchsia City, Cinnabar Island, Indigo Plateau, and the islands of Three, Four, Six, and Seven, as well as the Trainer Tower.
After rescuing Lostelle from the Hypno in Berry Forest on Three Island, you can buy Ultra Balls on Two Island.
Where to Buy Ultra Balls in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen
In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, the first place players can purchase Ultra Balls is at the Fuchsia City Poké Mart, where they cost 1,200 PokéDollars. Here’s how to get there:
- Reach Celadon City.
- Defeat Giovanni in the Game Corner Rocket Hideout to get the Silph Scope.
- Go to Lavender Town and ascend the Pokemon Tower to the top floor (7F) by using the Silph Scope to reveal the ghost Marowak blocking the stairway.
- Save Mr. Fuji from the Rocket Grunts to get the Poke Flute.
- Use the Poke Flute to wake the sleeping Snorlax blocking the path on Route 12 to reach Fuchsia City.
When you get to Fuchsia City, the Poke Mart is located in the northwest area, right above the pond where you can find Lapras.
Besides the Poke Mart in Fuchsia City, there are eight other places you can buy Ultra Balls. The table below lists all of these locations.
