Where to Farm Snacks in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete

Feeding snacks to animals in “Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete” can help speed up their friendship growth, which in turn earns you more experience towards your Camp Manager Level. This means that snacks can simplify leveling up, particularly when first starting out with “Pocket Camp Complete”. However, these treats are scarce and the most dependable method to acquire them is via Gulliver’s Ship. Keeping track of which snacks and how many to give each animal is important for a smoother gaming experience.

How to Get Snacks in Pocket Camp Complete

Gulliver’s Ship Guide

A convenient method for procuring snacks involves dispatching Gulliver’s vessel to unique islands, often referred to as gold islands. On these islands, you can acquire Villager Maps. Should you successfully gather all souvenirs from one of these special islands, you’ll receive a 20-fold bonus in the form of Gold Treats.

If all Villager Maps in your Pocket Camp Complete are filled, you need to dispatch Gulliver’s Ship according to the location shown on the map. The type of island you encounter will determine the variety of snacks. To obtain Gold Treats, focus on completing any Isle of Style that appears on your map. As a reward for completing it, you will receive 3 Gold Treats as a souvenir, and an additional 3 as a bonus upon completion.

At any given moment, you’ll see just three islands on your screen. To reveal a new set of islands, simply tap the icon located at the top right corner. However, remember that you can only do this once for free per day.

To set sail on Gulliver’s Ship, you’ll require supplies, often referred to as cargo. You can manufacture these in your catalog of furniture items; however, certain islands may necessitate specific furniture pieces. If your goal is to obtain snacks with a contemporary twist, then you should aim for the shores of Exotic Island. For your voyage, you can utilize plain packages or crates as cargo, but exotic-themed furniture such as an Exotic Rug will also suffice.

On each island, you’ll find various types of snacks. To get a sneak peek at the snack type, simply tap the magnifying glass icon next to the island’s symbol. Islands that require more time to clear (like those taking 6 hours) usually offer more goodies compared to those taking 4 hours or less. For instance, the Piano Island boasts an assortment of Tart Snacks, including Plain Tarts, Tasty Tarts, and Gourmet Tarts.

Other Ways to Get Snacks

  • You can also get Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats from giving rare items for Requests or receiving gifts from visitors at your campsite/cabin.
  • Silver and Gold Treats are given as Daily Goals, so be sure to check them any time you play Pocket Camp Complete.
  • If you have Villager Maps, use Blathers’s Treasure Trek and select Auto-Trek (x5 Leaf Tokens) to get every treat on the map. The snacks found in Villager Maps are always the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Treats.

What to Know About Snacks

Snacks can be categorized into two groups: standard and special-themed. Standard snacks encompass options like the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Treats, which are universally appealing. Special-themed snacks, on the other hand, refer to any snack that isn’t part of the Bronze, Silver, or Gold series, such as a simple donut. These special-themed snacks can be further divided into three tiers.

  • Plain
  • Tasty
  • Gourmet

Simple-styled treats earn the least friendship points, while luxury-themed treats yield the highest. It’s worth noting that basic snacks can be found more easily on Gulliver’s Ship, whereas gourmet snacks, which are often tied to islands requiring 6 hours to finish, are harder to acquire.

Which Snack Should You Give to Animals

How to Give Snacks

Whenever I feed an animal, it’s essential to be aware of their specific theme before offering a treat. Animals seem to appreciate treats that align with their unique themes more, earning you extra friendship points. However, if you’re providing Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats, you don’t need to worry about the theme as these are labeled “generic” and liked by all creatures in the game. Among all snacks, the Gold Treat yields the most friendship points (25 points)!

Giving x10 Gold Treats to a level 1 animal will elevate them to level 15.

If you’re unsure about an animal’s theme, you can find out by tapping the animal icon at your camp/cabin. A theme icon will appear next to its name. Alternatively, if you’re interacting with an animal on the map and not at your campsite, you can look them up in your Contacts or check their theme at Pete’s Parcel Service.

To reward your pet with a treat, simply tap the screen and select “Give a Snack!“. Notice that this option is always highlighted in red, indicating that you’ll earn friendship points every time you offer them a present.
