Trading Pokémon has long been a key part of the games, and Pokémon Legends: Z-A is no different. The game features ten Pokémon that evolve through trading, plus four unique trades you can make with special characters found around Lumiose City.
These trades are really important because they’re the only way to get Alolan Raichu and Galarian Slowpoke, and therefore, Galarian Slowpoke’s evolved forms. So, finding all the NPC trades in Pokemon Legends: Z-A should be a priority.

Players can trade a Pikachu for a Heracross as part of Side Mission 2. “A Use for an Evolution Stone!” can be triggered by speaking with an NPC named Tracie in the Passage du Palais shopping area to the north of Wild Zone 4. Players can catch a Pikacu for the trade in Wild Zone 3. |

Players can trade an Abra for a Riolu as part of Side Mission 24. “An Abra Playmate” can be triggered by speaking with an NPC named Bond in the Academie Etoile area to the east of Wild Zone 3 after completing Main Mission 10. Players can catch an Abra for the trade in Wild Zone 5. |

Players can trade a Slowpoke for a Galarian Slowpoke as part of Side Mission 39. “Slowpoke for Slowpoke” can be triggered by speaking with an NPC named Quille on South Boulevard near Wild Zone 10 after completing Main Mission 14. Players can catch a Slowpoke for the trade in Wild Zone 10. |

Players can trade a Raichu for an Alolan Raichu as part of Side Mission 108. “Alola, Raichu!” can be triggered by speaking with an NPC named Griddella outside Quasartico Inc. after completing Main Mission 37. Players can get a Raichu for the trade by using a Thunder Stone on a Pikachu. |
