In Super Meat Boy 3D, bandages are the key to unlocking new characters. This guide will show you how to find all 15 bandages hidden in the game’s second world, The Wastes. Each level in Super Meat Boy 3D contains one bandage, but you must finish the level after collecting it to actually unlock it. Be prepared for a challenge – some bandages are tricky to find, and the game is already quite difficult, so you might need several tries!
In Super Meat Boy 3D, bandages aren’t always visible, so explore areas you can’t immediately see. Also, pay attention to other dangers – they might be hiding a bandage or a secret path.
Level 1 – Toxic Trouble Bandage
Near the end of the Toxic Trouble level, you’ll jump over two spinning grinders. A sideways-moving saw is right above them. Once you’re past the saw, the level’s finish is close, but to find the Bandage, turn around and jump upwards. Kick off the wall to reach it – it’s high above and to the left.
Level 2 – Corroding Cubes Bandage
Around the middle of the Toxic Trouble level, you’ll be jumping between platforms that each have cubes slowly falling apart. The next jump is quite long, but look for a Bandage on the right side, right under a grinder, to help guide you.
Level 3 – Poison Pitfall Bandage
Shortly after the initial large drop, you’ll reach the first crumbling cube. Next, you’ll need to jump onto a wall with a saw blade below. Successfully jumping over the wall will reward you with a Bandage.
Level 4 – Disintegrate Bandage
Okay, so the Disintegrate level in Super Meat Boy 3D is seriously tough! There’s this foam everywhere that vanishes the instant you touch it. You’ll go through a wall made of the stuff, then land on a floor made of it – meaning you have to bounce fast to get to the next part. But here’s the thing: near that disappearing floor, if you look carefully between two spinning saws, you can find the Bandage. It’s a tricky spot, but totally worth it!
Level 5 – Trash Trouble Bandage
Early in the level, you’ll come across some crumbling trash between two grinders. Wait for the floor to fall apart, and you’ll find a Bandage underneath.
Level 6 – Upwind Bandage
As you approach the end of the Upwind level, you’ll need to use the wind to gain height. Watch out for two grinders positioned directly above – you’ll have to bounce off the left wall to avoid them. Once you land safely, you’ll find the Bandage right below, in the center of a large metal structure.
Level 7 – Slime Fan Bandage
During the Slime Fan level, progress until you reach the third platform made of falling garbage – it’s about halfway through the level. Look below it for a metal platform holding the Bandage, but be careful of the grinders moving underneath!

Level 8 – Pipe Plunge Bandage
After falling down at the start, you’ll run to the right while spiked balls chase you. Climb the wall to get over the balls, and at the end of the tunnel you’ll find the Bandage. It’s located to the left of a gust of wind, but watch out for more spiked balls coming from the left – grab the Bandage quickly and keep moving!
Level 9 – Terror Tower Bandage
At the beginning of the game, you’ll start by jumping onto the left side of the tall tower. To find the Bandage, though, you’ll need to go around the corner to the front and enter near the base. Once you have the Bandage, jump back up to the original side of the tower where you started.
Because he’s so light, Skeleton Boy is often the easiest character to use for the long jump and glide needed to reach the Bandage of Terror Tower.
Level 10 – Crushed Meat Bandage
The Crushed Meat level Bandage is pretty noticeable. As you progress, you’ll go through a section with three meat grinders. Once you jump down to the next platform, look to the lower left – you’ll see the Bandage. You can climb back up using the wall after you grab it.
Level 11 – Olha’s Nightmare Bandage
Towards the end of the Olha’s Nightmare level, you’ll face a tricky section with dangerous meat crushers. To avoid them, you’ll need to run along a wall covered mostly in barbed wire. Look for a small raised platform on that wall – the Bandage is located there. Jump up and carefully dodge the wire to reach it.
Level 12 – Conveyor Panic Bandage
Once players break through the initial purple barrier and reach the next level, they’ll typically continue running to the right. However, there’s another platform to the left and behind where you started. The Bandage is located at the end of this platform, but you’ll need to carefully navigate around two grinders – going under one and over the other. If your character can’t jump very high, try running around the grinders instead.
Level 13 – Patorra Tower 4 Bandage
Near the end of Patorra Tower 4, players need to jump across some walls to reach a conveyor belt that lifts them upwards. This helps them bypass a section of the tower where a green slime creature is moving back and forth. The Bandage is located along the creature’s path, so players have to carefully time their jump to avoid being hit.
The simplest way to grab this Bandage is to land near the creature and quickly jump around it – once to collect the Bandage, and again to move back to safety. Trying to walk around it won’t work because it’s too wide.
Level 14 – Trash Metal Bandage
Okay, so when I was playing the Trash Metal level, I busted through this purple barrier, but right underneath it were these two grinders with a small space between them. You gotta jump through that gap to grab the Bandage. After that, I just climbed the wall to my left to get back to the main part of the level.
Level 15 – Garbage Panorama Bandage
Collecting the final Bandage in the Wastes level of Super Meat Boy 3D requires a long jump across a wide gap, landing on a conveyor belt. It’s helpful to dash immediately after grabbing the Bandage to line yourself up with the belt. The Skeleton Boy character is particularly good for this jump, and for getting perfect A+ ratings throughout Super Meat Boy 3D, thanks to his excellent air control.
