Kopaa Nuts are ingredients you can find while exploring the Elderwood area in Palia. They can be a little hard to locate, so we’ll help you find them and learn the best ways to use them.

All Kopaa Nuts Locations in Palia

Kopaa Nuts appear on medium and large Ancient Trees – look for the ones with purple leaves – and you can collect them by shooting an arrow at them. You can also find them on Infected Ancient Trees, but you’ll need to drink an Elderwood Potion or use the Bag of Illusion relic to get to them.

You can find these creatures on medium and large Ancient Trees in Mitana Grove and Honeymiel Slope. We’ve also spotted them on Ancient Trees near De Mer Dock and throughout Okanaa Bog. Kopaa Nuts will appear in Okanaa Bog at any time of day.

If you’re struggling to find Kopaa Nuts, try using an Axe to chop down medium and large Ancient Trees in the areas where they usually appear. Focus on trees that look fully grown or mature.

If you’re struggling to find a Kopaa Nut, you can request one, but you’re limited to four requests per day. You might also receive them as a reward from the Piksii Grove furnishing item, which you earn by finishing the “Something Wicked” quest.

What To Do With Kopaa Nuts in Palia

If you manage to get Kopaa Nuts, you can use them for a few different things. First, you’ll need them to complete the “A Picnic to Remember” quest and the daily “Go Nuts!” request. You can also use them to craft the Harmony Tint – you can find the crafting blueprint at Einar’s Fishing Guild Store.

You can also use Kopaa Nuts in cooking! When you prepare dishes at the Prep Station, you’ll get Chopped Kopaa Nuts as a byproduct. These chopped nuts are a key ingredient in three recipes: Candied Kopaa Nuts, Pumpkin Curry and Rice, and S’mores.
