Where to Find Calcium Ore Deposits in StarRupture

In StarRupture, you’ll regularly need to send resources to various corporations. While Titanium and Wolfram are readily available near the starting area, obtaining Calcium requires more exploration. If you’re having trouble finding it, this guide will help! We’ll cover all the ways to get Calcium, including the locations of valuable Calcium ore deposits that will make completing corporate requests much simpler.

Where to Find Calcium Ore Deposits in StarRupture

You can find calcium ore by searching for areas with light-colored rocks. It’s often located near water, which can help with your search. I discovered a deposit east of my base by looking for this paler rock color, and I’ve included a screenshot to show you what to look for.

After locating a significant calcium deposit, place an extractor on top of it and connect it to your Orbital Cargo Launcher using rails. This allows you to efficiently mine the calcium ore and fulfill corporate requests that need it. If you need calcium for crafting, simply interact with the extractor to transfer the harvested ore directly into your inventory.

Don’t forget to power your buildings! You can use solar generators placed near them, and then connect everything with rails. Buildings placed right next to each other will also share power automatically, without needing rails.

There are other ways to obtain Calcium, too. You can find small, white rock formations scattered across Arcadia-7. Simply aim at them with your tool and shoot to collect them.

When these orbs are destroyed, they release a small amount of calcium – usually three or four pieces per orb – and it’s automatically added to your supplies. While it’s not a large amount, it can accumulate over time.

Although calcium ores are white, titanium ore has a similar silvery-gray appearance. To ensure you receive the correct item, please compare the ore you receive to the one shown in the image.
