In the game “Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time,” there are a few optional missions where players might need to capture certain insects, yes, I mean those tiny creatures often found in nature. If you’re after Penny Beetles, this guide will direct you to two locations that always have them, making it easier for you to collect them.

Penny Beetle Locations in Fantasy Life i

First Spot

To locate the initial place where we discovered a Penny Beetle, journey to the enchanting destination known as Faraway Island. More specifically, make your way to the “Valley of Spirits” fast travel spot. You will gain access to this region through the storyline in the game Fantasy Life 1. If you haven’t reached this point in your gameplay yet, keep progressing!

Starting from the quick-travel location, make your way south until you reach the village’s exit, then head west. Your destination is a cliff that offers a view of the ocean with a Leafe on it. Along this route from the village to the cliff, we spotted a Penny Beetle hanging out near the side of the path, as shown in the image provided above. If you’re interested in attempting to farm the beetle at this location, there’s a possibility it could reappear if you fast travel, sleep in a bed, or restart your game. Our experience shows that the Penny Beetle might reappear after these actions, but sometimes we found a different type of beetle instead.

Second Spot

We discovered another Penny Beetle residing within the depths of Spirit Road, which is a hidden dungeon accessible through a well in the Lulab Forest.

To summarize, venturing into the dungeon may lead you to encounter at least one of these beetles lying around. Interestingly, we discovered one that was concealed behind some barrels, so remember to inspect all hidden corners and crevices thoroughly.

Additionally, we stumbled upon a Windfall Beetle perched atop a log near the exit of Spirit Road. It could prove useful for some future purpose, you just never know!
