The Charm Pouch is a quest in the game Where Winds Meet. Players need to find three coin bags hidden in the Halo Peak area of Qinghe. Like other quests of its type, there are no on-screen markers or obvious hints to guide you to the pouches’ locations – you’ll have to explore to find them.
Players know the wife’s missing coin pouches are somewhere near Halo Peak, but that’s a large area to search without any clues. Here’s a guide to help you locate them quickly.
Charm Pouch Wandering Tale Walkthrough
You can find Aunt Guo just west of the Halo Peak teleport stone, near a small bamboo grove. She’ll be looking at the rocks beside the road, seemingly searching for something. If you talk to her, she’ll explain that a traveling master asked her husband to hide three charmed coin bags in places with strong spiritual energy to protect against evil. However, Aunt Guo believes the master is a fraud and wants to get the coin bags back. She doesn’t know where her husband hid them, but she knows they’re somewhere close by.
You can find all three Blessed Coin Pouches needed for the Charm Pouch Wandering Tale in the Halo Peak area. The image above shows exactly where to look for them.
Coin Bag #1 Location
Starting from Aunt Guo’s place, follow the stone steps up the mountain. You’ll soon reach a big pond where a fisherman is. Keep going past the pond and you’ll find a small wooden bridge over a deep ravine, leading to another pond. Go down to that pond and defeat the Bear that’s there. Then, activate Wind Sense (V) and look behind you – you’ll see a cave entrance covered with thorny bushes. Use a Fire Arrow to clear the bushes away. Inside the cave, you’ll find the “Evil” Coin Bag on a stone, to the left of the chest.
Coin Bag #2 Location
Head to the mountain west of Aunt Guo’s place. At the very top, you’ll find a tall, pagoda-like tower. Beside the tower, near the edge of the peak, is a small shrine. Behind the shrine, you’ll see a circular disc built into the mountainside. Jump and press Q on this disc to trigger a hidden mechanism. This will unlock the treasure inside the shrine, and right next to the treasure chest is the “Omen” Coin Bag.
Coin Bag #3 Location
There’s an enemy camp with monks at the base of the mountain. Defeat the enemies there, then use your Wind Sense ability to find the last “End” Coin Bag. It’s hidden by a fish drying rack near the mountainside.
You can use Celestial Seize to get this Coin Bag without fighting the monks in the enemy camp.
Go back to Aunt Guo and give her the three Coin Bags to finish the quest. You’ll get a reward for completing it!
