If you finish all the optional quests in Chapter 3 of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, you’ll unlock a special event called “Alone At Last.” During this event, Tifa asks Cloud to help her pick out a dress for a night out, giving him three options: a refined look, a sporty style, or something more exotic. This guide is here to help players decide which dress to choose.
To start the Discovery Event, you’ll need to finish six side quests: Chadley’s Report, Rat Problem, Nuisance in the Factory, Lost Friends, On the Prowl, and Just Flew in From the Graveyard.
‘I Wonder What Would Suit Me’ Tifa Dress Choice Explained in Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade
Choosing Tifa’s dress in Final Fantasy 7 Remake is mostly about how you want her to look. The dress she wears only changes in Chapter 9. If you want to avoid seeing what the dresses look like ahead of time, here’s a quick guide: the refined option gives her a simple purple-blue backless dress, the sporty option features a shiny leopard-print dress and her hair in two buns, and the exotic option includes a black dress with red flowers in her hair.
If you’re excited about the Final Fantasy 7 Remake and want to see pictures of Tifa’s dresses before deciding which one to choose, you can find them below. However, be warned: if you want to avoid spoilers for later parts of the game, it’s best not to look.
Just so you know, if you only do one of the optional quests in Chapter 3, Tifa will automatically get a special outfit (‘Refined’) in Chapter 9, and you won’t be able to change it. If you want to choose what Tifa wears, you need to finish all the side quests in the slums and complete the Discovery Event.
Something Refined Outfit Choice
Something Sporty Outfit Choice
Something Exotic Outfit Choice
To unlock the “Dressed to the Nines” trophy in Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, which requires collecting all nine bridal outfits, players will need to get all three of Tifa’s dresses (along with three for Aerith and Cloud). This means answering Tifa’s question differently in Chapter 3 during three separate playthroughs to earn the achievement.
Choosing Tifa’s dress is just one of the many decisions players face in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Earlier in the game, for instance, players decide whether to set a bomb timer for 20 or 30 minutes. Though this initial choice doesn’t have a huge impact, it leads to more significant decisions later on.
