Over the weekend, the 2024 PGL Wallachia Season 2 came to a close, featuring top-tier Dota 2 teams squaring off against one another. This tournament not only provided fans with their fill of intense competitive Dota action, but also saw some heated exchanges among the players themselves.

In the PGL Wallachia Season 2 competition, it was HEROIC who emerged victorious. This winning team pocketed an impressive $300,000 of the total prize money, which amounted to $1,000,000 in all.

Altercation Between AVULUS and Team Falcons
Despite initial expectations, the competition between Team Falcons and AVULUS on October 6 didn’t proceed as planned. A disagreement among players from both teams occurred in the hotel lobby prior to the match.
In their matchup, Team Falcon’s ATF and SoNNeikO from AVULUS clashed, causing a Level 3 Draft Penalty that cost 110 seconds in draft time. This disadvantage ultimately resulted in AVULUS’s defeat, as Team Falcon emerged victorious with a score of 2-0.
Later, Team Falcons declared that SoNNeikO confronted ATF in the hotel lobby and implied a threat of bodily harm. However, SoNNeikO later stated that ATF misunderstood their encounter.
Regardless, the altercation resulted in a penalty that, in the end, hurt AVULUS on the battlefield.
