World of Warcraft Reveals Hotfix Patch Notes for Legion Remix Phase 2

A new update for World of Warcraft has been released to prepare for the second phase of Legion Remix. This update includes several bug fixes and will be applied when game servers are restarted for their regular weekly maintenance.

As a huge World of Warcraft fan, I’m really excited about the Legion Remix event! It started with Patch 11.2.5 on October 7th and runs until January 19th. Basically, it lets you fly through the Legion expansion with some awesome perks – special abilities, super-fast leveling, and you get seriously powerful quickly. What’s cool is that unlike the Mists of Pandaria Remix, Legion Remix is unfolding in stages, just like when the original Legion content was released. The second phase, ‘Rise of the Nightfallen,’ just went live as soon as the servers came back up after maintenance!

Just before the recent maintenance, World of Warcraft released a fix focused on improving Legion Remix. The update addressed around a dozen issues, including missing characters, problems with collecting items from past challenges, overly difficult enemies, and quests that were preventing players from progressing. This should make World of Warcraft: Legion Remix a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

This update mainly focused on a specific game mode, but also included one change to the main game. The Cooldown Manager, which received significant improvements in Patch 11.2.5, can now track more abilities.

This quick update doesn’t fix all the problems with the recent World of Warcraft Remix event. The Legion expansion was already known for having bugs, and adding Remix features like Infinite Power has created even more. Issues like players falling through the Infinite Bazaar still happen, and we expect more to appear as the event continues. However, the World of Warcraft team will continue to release updates to fix these bugs.

On November 4th, World of Warcraft: Legion Remix enters its third phase, Legionfall, introducing the Broken Shore and the Tomb of Sargeras. Phase 4, Argus Eternal, launches on November 18th, adding three mini-zones centered around Argus and the raid Antorus, the Burning Throne. Finally, on December 9th, Infinite Echoes arrives as the concluding phase of Legion Remix. This final phase will continue until the end of the Remix and include ways for players to quickly catch up, along with some unique content that plays with time.
