Details about the prices for the four different versions of WWE 2K26 have been revealed before pre-orders officially begin on January 30th.
WWE 2K26 is launching with four different versions, and pricing details have recently been revealed by billbil-kun of Dealabs. The Standard Edition, which includes just the game itself, will cost $69.99. The King of Kings Edition, a slightly more upgraded “Deluxe” version, will be priced at $99.99.
As a huge wrestling fan, I’m excited about the different versions of the game! They’re releasing an Attitude Era Edition for $129.99, which sounds awesome. But if you really want everything the game has to offer over time, the Monday Night War Edition is the way to go – it’ll cost $149.99, but it includes all future content.
Players who purchase higher-priced game versions will get access on March 6th, a full week before those who buy the standard version. This also means they’ll receive extra content without paying any additional fees.
WWE 2K26 Leaves Last-Gen Consoles Behind
For years, WWE games have been available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, a recent rating indicates that WWE 2K26 will only be released on the newest PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
It’s a bit ironic that even though WWE 2K26 is a fresh start for the game series, its advertising is largely based on classic WWE moments. The game’s special editions, focusing on the Attitude Era and Monday Night War, highlight the company’s most popular period from the late 1990s and early 2000s.
The more expensive versions of the cover will all showcase WWE Legends, and Triple H will be featured on each of them.
WWE 2K26’s Showcase Focuses on CM Punk
According to TopMob, the latest 2K Showcase mode in the game will highlight the career of CM Punk. Players will be able to experience and play through some of his most iconic matches and moments from his time in WWE.
Fans can also explore alternate storylines imagining what might have happened if CM Punk hadn’t left WWE in 2014, and stayed until his return in 2023. You can find more details here.
