Xbox Game Pass Already Has 7 Games Confirmed for April 2026

Xbox Game Pass members can anticipate at least seven games coming in April 2026, and there are more titles still to be announced. Xbox Game Pass is constantly updated with new games, so there’s always something fresh to enjoy. The PC and Ultimate plans get brand-new games on release day, and the Premium plan often includes a selection of older titles as well.

Unlike some subscription services that add new content on set days, Xbox Game Pass constantly updates its game library throughout the month. While new games are officially announced at the beginning and middle of each month, Xbox often provides release dates in advance, letting subscribers know what’s coming beyond those initial announcements.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers have several new games to look forward to in April 2026! Here’s the lineup: Barbie Horse Trails arrives on April 2nd, followed by Final Fantasy 4 on April 7th. April 14th brings both Hades 2 and Replaced, with Vampire Crawlers launching on April 21st. Kiln arrives on April 23rd, and finally, Aphelion will be available on April 28th. Replaced, Vampire Crawlers, Kiln, and Aphelion will be available to play on Game Pass from day one. While Hades 2 isn’t strictly a day one title, it’s making its Xbox debut on Game Pass, so you can start playing it right away as a subscriber.

Upcoming Xbox Game Pass Games for April 2026

  • Barbie Horse Trails – April 2
  • Final Fantasy 4 – April 7
  • Hades 2 – April 14
  • Replaced – April 14
  • Vampire Crawlers – April 21
  • Kiln – April 23
  • Aphelion – April 28

For younger players, Barbie Horse Trails offers a fun adventure where you can care for and train horses. Meanwhile, Final Fantasy 4 is a remastered version of the beloved SNES classic, and its arrival on Xbox Game Pass continues Microsoft’s commitment to bringing Final Fantasy games to the service. Following the releases of the original Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy 2, and Final Fantasy 3, Final Fantasy 4’s addition suggests we might see Final Fantasy 5 in May and Final Fantasy 6 in June, completing the pixel remasters on Xbox Game Pass.

I’m so excited for Hades 2! It’s the sequel to the amazing Hades, and everyone’s been raving about it since it came out on PC and Switch last year – it even got a Game of the Year nomination! Since the first Hades was so popular on Xbox Game Pass, I’m guessing a lot of us subscribers will be jumping into Hades 2 as soon as it’s available on April 14th.

On the same day Hades 2 comes to Xbox Game Pass, players can also jump into Replaced. This highly anticipated game has faced several delays, but its striking visuals and Bladerunner-inspired world have always made it look promising – here’s hoping it delivers on expectations.

In a week, Xbox Game Pass members will be able to play Vampire Crawlers, a new game inspired by the popular hit Vampire Survivors. While Vampire Crawlers is a deck-building roguelike – meaning it plays differently than Vampire Survivors – it should still offer a similar satisfying experience.

Game Pass subscribers have two new day-one games to look forward to this month! On April 23rd, you can play Kiln, a fun multiplayer party game from the creators of Psychonauts. In Kiln, you build your own fighters out of clay and battle other players online. Then, on April 28th, Aphelion, a sci-fi action-adventure game with stealth elements from Don’t Nod, will also be added to the Game Pass library. With these additions, and everything else coming to Game Pass in April, subscribers have a lot to enjoy next month.
