Microsoft recently announced the Xbox Game Pass lineup for November 2025, revealing seven new games that will be available to play on the day of their release. With the addition of the Premium tier, it can be a bit tricky to understand where these new games will be available, but generally, day-one releases are included with the Ultimate and PC subscription levels.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate now costs $29.99 a month, a significant increase from the previous price of $19.99. This price hike has upset many subscribers, but Microsoft is responding by promising to add more games to the service. They plan to release more games on Game Pass the day they launch in 2026 compared to 2025, and have recently added a number of games from Ubisoft.
It’s still unclear how the recent price increase will affect Game Pass Ultimate in the long run, but Microsoft is committed to adding new games to the service. November 2025 will bring a wave of titles, including seven games available on day one of their release, alongside other additions. Here’s the schedule: Dead Static Drive and Sniper Elite: Resistance arrive on November 5th, followed by Egging On and Whiskerwood on November 6th. The full version of Voidtrain launches on November 7th, and Great God Grove, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, and Pigeon Simulator will all be available starting November 11th. Relic Hunters Legend and Winter Burrow join the lineup on November 12th, with Black Ops 7 completing the additions on November 14th.

November 2025 will bring several new games to Xbox Game Pass, including seven titles available on day one: Dead Static Drive, Egging On, Whiskerwood, Voidtrain, Pigeon Simulator, Winter Burrow, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. Dead Static Drive is a survival-horror game playfully called “Grand Theft Chtulhu,” and Egging On is a unique platformer where you play as an egg. Whiskerwood is a city-building game, but it’s currently only available on PC, where you manage a town populated by mice.
Voidtrain is a cooperative survival game that’s been popular during early access and might become a big hit when it’s added to Game Pass on November 7th. Pigeon Simulator is exactly what it sounds like – you play as a pigeon! And Winter Burrow is a relaxing survival game where you play as a mouse trying to survive in the forest.
The biggest addition to Xbox Game Pass in November 2025 is Black Ops 7. This new Call of Duty game features a four-player co-op campaign, the popular Zombies mode, and the series’ well-known online multiplayer. It’s expected to be one of the most popular games added to Game Pass Ultimate all year, making November a particularly exciting month – and it will be interesting to see if December can live up to it.
