Xbox Game Pass New Games for November 2025 Wish List

October has been a rollercoaster month for Xbox Game Pass. The month kicked off with the news that Microsoft was hiking the price of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by a whopping 50%, causing an understandable surge of panic through the Xbox community. But even with that dramatic price increase in mind, it’s hard to deny that Xbox Game Pass has had a stellar line-up this month, with day-one titles like Ball x Pit, Keeper, and Ninja Gaiden 4 all hitting the service last week, and games like PowerWash Simulator 2 and The Outer Worlds 2 on their way in the coming days.

After a busy month, gamers are eagerly awaiting the November 2025 Xbox Game Pass releases. So far, six games have been announced: 1000xRESIST, Football Manager 26, Whiskerwood, Voidtrain, Winter Burrow, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. While Black Ops 7 is a major draw for next month, many hope a few more titles will be added to the line-up.

  • Released in January 2024
  • Developed by Bandai Namco and Arika
  • Usual retail price: $59.99
  • 32 fighters included in Tekken 8‘s base roster
  • 8 game modes including a full story mode, arcade, online, practice, and Tekken Ball
  • Features crossplay between Xbox, PlayStation, and PC
  • OpenCritic Top Critic Average score: 90

Fighting games have become popular again recently, and Tekken 8 is leading the way. Since its release last year, the game has been widely praised by both critics and players for its impressive graphics, satisfying combat, and extensive content. Over the past year and a half, Tekken 8 has continued to improve with the addition of 8 new characters through downloadable content.

Xbox Game Pass doesn’t have many fighting games currently, with Mortal Kombat 11 and Injustice 2 being the most notable. Adding Tekken 8 to the Game Pass lineup in November 2025 would be a big win for both fans of the series and the service itself.

  • Released in February 2022
  • Developed by CD Projekt Red
  • Usual retail price: $59.99
  • Main story takes around 25 hours to finish
  • 100% completion takes around 100 hours
  • OpenCritic Top Critic Average score: 76

Cyberpunk 2077 has undergone a remarkable turnaround. When it first launched in 2022, the game received a lot of criticism. While the PC version was generally considered a good role-playing game, the versions for Xbox and PlayStation were heavily criticized due to technical problems and poor performance.

Three years after its initial release, Cyberpunk 2077 is now considered one of the best action role-playing games ever made. Thanks to numerous updates that have resolved almost all of the original technical problems, and continued improvements to the game’s systems and features, developer CD Projekt Red has refined Cyberpunk into a polished experience with plenty to offer. Many Xbox Game Pass subscribers have requested that Cyberpunk 2077 be added to the service, with or without the popular Phantom Liberty expansion.

  • Released in September 2024
  • Developed by Saber Interactive
  • Usual retail price: $69.99
  • Features a full campaign, an Operations co-op mode, and an Eternal War PvP mode
  • Six customizable multiplayer classes to choose from and upgrade
  • Continues the story of Space Marine‘s ex-Ultramine Captain Titus
  • OpenCritic Top Critic Average score: 81

Xbox Game Pass is already home to a surprising number of Warhammer 40,000 games. Rogue Trader, Darktide, and Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition are all available on Xbox Game Pass, all offering distinct experiences in the grimdark far-future universe of Warhammer 40,000. But there’s one 40K game that’s sorely missing from Xbox Game Pass’ library.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was a standout game in 2024, successfully delivering a sequel that pleased existing fans and attracted new players. The game features intense, up-close combat, impressive graphics, and plenty of cooperative and competitive multiplayer options, making it a great addition to Xbox Game Pass in November 2025.

Because the video game Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was incredibly popular, a second game is already being made.

  • Released in August 2024
  • Developed by Coal Supper
  • Usual retail price (on PlayStation): $19.99
  • Can be beaten in just 2–3 hours
  • Comedy-focused game inspired by The Mighty Boosh and Monty Python
  • OpenCritic Top Critic Average score: 85

Though it didn’t receive an award nomination last year, Thank Goodness You’re Here is a truly original indie game released in 2024. Disguised as a straightforward side-scrolling puzzle game, it’s actually a hilarious interactive comedy. If you’re a fan of shows like Monty Python, The Mighty Boosh, or Shooting Stars, you absolutely shouldn’t miss it.

I’ve been playing Thank Goodness You’re Here since it came out on PlayStation, PC, and Switch last August, and it’s a really fun game! It’s a bummer Xbox players haven’t been able to get in on the action yet, though. Honestly, I’d love to see it hit Xbox Game Pass right away – that could give it a big boost and get a lot more people playing!
