Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk Gets You Free Stuff in Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can get a free bundle for the game Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. Called the Jang Sao’s Champions of Renown Bundle, it usually costs $69.99. This is the 37th free perk offered to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers this December.

Since Xbox Game Pass launched in mid-2017, Microsoft has regularly offered members special, limited-time bonuses. You can find and claim these perks within the Game Pass section on your Xbox console, or in the Benefits area of the Xbox app on your PC or mobile device.

$70 Bundle for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms Now Available to XGP Ultimate Subscribers

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members now have access to a special bundle for the game Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. Released in early December 2025, the ‘Champions of Renown Bundle’ from Jang Sao includes $70 worth of in-game content for the free-to-play *Dungeons & Dragonsinspired game. The bundle features five popular Champions – Artemis, Kalix, Jang Sao, The Dark Uge, and Miria – plus an exclusive pet called Striker the Hawk and 160 Platinum Champion Chests (32 for each Champion).

  • Jang Sao (Seat 8)

  • 32 Platinum Artemis Chests with 2 guaranteed Shiny equipment cards

  • 32 Platinum Jang Sao Chests with 2 guaranteed Shiny equipment cards
  • 32 Platinum The Dark Urge Chests with 2 guaranteed Shiny equipment cards
  • 32 Platinum Miria Chests with 2 guaranteed Shiny equipment cards

This isn’t the first time in 2025 that Codename Entertainment has offered free in-game items to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. Back in June, players could claim the Dungeon Master’s Champions of Renown Pack for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, and that offer lasted for two months. This new offer, featuring Jang Sao’s Champions of Renown Bundle, will also be available for about two months, until February 10, 2026.

All Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks in December 2025

Just a heads-up for my fellow Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members! The free starter pack for The Finals is going away on December 11th, so be sure to grab it if you haven’t already. Also, the November goodies for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis disappear on December 12th. And don’t forget, you can still snag the fourth Call of Duty: Warzone Game Pass Pack and a cool skin for Splitgate 2 (the Sabrask Ekki Ace Skin) until December 15th and 18th, respectively. Better claim them while you can!

The Xbox Game Pass library was recently updated on December 4th with the addition of Routine, which was available to play on day one. The next update is planned for December 9th, and will bring A Game About Digging A Hole, Death Howl, and Dome Keeper to both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
