Xbox Game Pass is adding some new benefits and updating existing ones for May 2026. As always, the biggest perks this month are for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
Microsoft regularly updates the benefits included with its subscription service, usually adding new offers every month. In April 2026, Xbox Game Pass subscribers had access to over a dozen perks, including discounts on other services and special promotions within games.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Adds Some Perks and Refreshes Others
Xbox Game Pass members received a new set of perks in early May 2026, including some new small offers and updated rewards. This month, players can get the Stranded Banana Pack for the popular game Stumble Guys, which is similar to Fall Guys but designed for mobile devices. You can claim this cosmetic pack until May 29, 2026.
Players can currently choose from standard perks like a Rocket Pass Premium membership and the Fortnite Crew subscription. Additional options include the 30-item Supercharge Pack for EA’s Skate, the Supercharge Bundle for EA Sports NHL 26, and a special Lustrous Legend weapon skin for Sea of Thieves.

Xbox Game Pass is adding nine new games in May 2026. First up is the relaxing adventure game Outbound, launching on May 11th. Then, between May 12th and 14th, players can look forward to Black Jacket, Call of the Elder Gods, and Subnautica 2. On May 15th, nine games will be removed from the service.
