So, go with your gut – whether you want to help Naoe quench his thirst for vengeance, or Yasuke protect Lady Oichi. Regardless of the choice, it seems like her fate is set either way.

What Happens if You Spare Lady Oichi as Yasuke?

If players opt to spare Lady Oichi while playing as Yasuke, she’ll share her story about joining the Shimbakufu and express regret for her past actions. Following this, she passes on her brother’s renowned long katana, Myth Slayer, leading to a heartfelt conversation between Naoe and Yasuke, ultimately concluding the mission.

What Happens if You Attack Lady Oichi as Naoe?

If the players opt for an attack as Naoe, Naoe tries to stab Lady Oichi using her blade. Yet, at the brink of the act, Kuma rushes in and gets pierced instead. Fortunately, in the subsequent scene, it’s revealed that Kuma will recover from his wound. The dialogue between Lady Oichi and Yasuke may differ slightly based on the players’ choice, but ultimately, Lady Oichi is saved. However, if the players had chosen to spare her earlier, their conversation with Yasuke would have taken a different course, but the outcome – Lady Oichi being spared – would still be consistent.
